I didn't realize that this Burger King was near All Star Wings. I was happy. I parked in front to the restaurant. There was lots of parking. I noticed that it has a drive-thru on the right side of the building when you're looking at the main doors. I had placed an order for a Whopper combo through the Burger King app. It was Whopper Wednesday, meaning that I could get this combo for $8.99 before taxes. My order consisted of these items: - Whopper - Onion rings - Medium fountain drink - Strawberry sundae I got an estimated pickup time. I specified that I was dining in. I also earned crowns (rewards points) towards free food and more. I walked in. It was spacious. It felt inviting here. It was fairly busy when I got here at roughly 4 pm. I saw the order pickup sign on the left and headed over there. Ordering in advance felt like I was in a VIP line. A helpful female staffer found my order with my name, but it was in a paper bag. She quickly fixed the issue by taking everything out and putting them on a tray. She then let me know that she's make my sundae. She exhibited excellent customer service. I appreciated her clear communication. While I waited for my sundae, I hit the drink machine and got a Diet Coke. I ended up refilling my cup twice. It wasn't enough to wash down all my food. Before I left, I refilled it. I got my tray with my food from her. I thanked her and headed to a table to chow down. I ended up in a corner. It was great. There was a man who was working on his laptop. I spent my time eating and uploading photos to Yelp. The Diet Coke was excellent. I put ice in my drink. It was refreshing and was much needed as I ate. I love the onion rings at Burger King. It no longer offers Half-sies, which gives you half fries and half onion rings. It's now onion rings all the way for me. They were crispy and yummy, with the sweet onion coming through. I loved my Whopper. Within the last year, the company has improved it for the better. The veggies were crisp and fresh. The bun held everything together. The beef patty was delicious. It was satisfying to devour. The strawberry sundae is my favourite dessert here. The vanilla soft serve with the strawberry sauce was so good. It's the real sliced strawberries in the sauce that make this sundae excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed it. I used the washroom twice. The first time was shortly after I got my order. It's nice that you can put your tray down with food on a table and no one will swipe it. I used it again before I left. The women's washroom has two stalls. The door on the left has a tight, inflexible door hinge. It's a workout to use it, so beware. Otherwise, the washroom was clean and nicely maintained. When I got to the window, I was handed a cold bag of food. I didn't even pull off before telling them the food was cold. The employee working the drive-thru window on Wednesday, January 20th at approximately 6:17 PM responded with an attitude and said, "Well, you placed it." I replied that yes, that's how ordering food works, and asked why the food was cold. They said it had already been made. I asked why food would be prepared so early especially when the order was placed only five minutes prior and they had no explanation. When I said I did not want cold food, I was told to request a refund through the Burger King app. I then asked for the order to be remade fresh. Instead, I was told I would need to drive back around, place a new order, and pay for it again, even though I was already at the window and the issue was entirely on their end. Between the cold food, refusal to correct the mistake, and dismissive attitude, this was an extremely poor experience. I will never return to this location again. Completely unacceptable customer service.

But I saw this on Uber eats and said f**k it, why not? I love me some good chicken. I ordered their Spicy, sauced chicken sandwich with a poutine. Usually "spicy" chicken sandwiches at franchises aren't actually spicy but they along side the cheese, lettuce, spicy sauce and pickles.... THEY HAVE JAPS! A decent amount of japs at that. This sandwich packed a lot of heat and was super tasty. I did have to add my mayo and ketchup to it cause that's just my thing but it was really good. I ordered my sandwich with a poutine and it was also really good. This is now my favourite KFC location!…read more Service: The staff were very friendly, I placed an online order for pickup later in the day and they made it fresh when I arrived. They even added two extra pieces for me for free without me asking, couldn't ask for better service! Food: The pieces are not as big as they used to be with the whole "different pieces" cost-reduction strategy, but the taste was nice and crispy even after a 20 minute drive home. It doesn't quite taste as good as I had remembered, but with the promotion and the fresh batch of fried chicken, no complaints. Once in a while, it's just nice having a bucket of KFC with it's classic taste, especially during tough times. Overall: The friendliest staff and freshly fried fast food, what's not to love?

Knowing that kfc have a bad reputation of serving cold and teeny tiny size chicken compared to popular popeyes. Anyway, I ordered three tuesdays specials and one medium drink. This location probaly hold the world record for tiniest pieces of chicken I ever saw at a kfc place and it was cold. The fries were actually hot but taste is average. Rhe customer service here is okay, not good but not bad. If they want to compete against their neighbor "popeyes", they better keep an eye on their chicken.
