Empty restaurant, 8 employees all milling about the front on their phones. No one even spoke to me for 5 minutes. Waited another 15 minutes for the meal I ordered via phone 30 minutes prior. 100% same situation today. I need to put a sticky on my work computer to remind me NEVER AGAIN. What we got instead was the most unprofessional and rude interaction I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. The woman working the window was heavy-set, dark-skinned, with very short hair -- and from the second she opened the window, her attitude was aggressive, dismissive, and absolutely unacceptable. She acted like we were bothering her just by existing, let alone trying to order food. We immediately decided not to place an order because her demeanor gave us zero trust in the quality or safety of the food. I'm not going to risk eating something prepared by someone who clearly doesn't care about customer service or basic decency. If this is the kind of person being put on the front line to represent your business, it says a lot about your management and hiring standards.
