Did an online order for a work lunch. Someone went to go pick it up and the food was made fresh when she got there. The food was tasty! Chicken was hot and juicy. The mashed potatoes are always the best here. Mac and cheese was good. The new cheese curds were delicious. The chicken sandwiches were tasty. We tried the new cream sodas and it added a little extra to the sodas. Coleslaw and biscuits were delicious. We also got some tenders which were great. I wanted to try the Original Recipe tenders so I got the Tenders kids meal. I ordered on the app and the drive thru service was quick & easy. Getting a kids meal was a cheaper way of "trying" the tenders. The tenders were a bit smaller than expected but they were the delicious original recipe taste as I expected. I chose a side and a lemonade. Great deal for $5.45 lunch. The tenders were so good. I got them with gravy as the dipping sauce. I love KFC gravy. It's much different than anywhere else. I ORDERED 8 PIECE FAMILY MEAL AND 2 PIECE MEAL DEAL. When I came home 2 piece meal is missing. When I tried to call phone not answering. This is the 4 th time happening. Last time when I called they told me to come and pickup missing order. When I went to pick up my missing order they said previous manager was gone for the day so they cant do anything. This store is unprofessional I was hired As July 4,2025 Sergio the General manager had someone who didn't even speak English Train me.... The Guy did speak English because he offered me cocaine on the shift he was training me and I declined he then started purposely getting in my easy calling me a girl.... Sergio then told me to clock out at 7pm and I was scheduled 5pm-10pm Sergio kept cutting my hrs told me on Sunday July 13th 2025 and Monday July 14, 2025 Jordan would be training me a shift manager after he told me to come in on that same Saturday morning July 12,2025 he then texted Friday evening at 10:42pm after hrs not to come in Saturday and that Jordan would be training me Sunday and Monday when I returned to work Sunday July 13, 2025 I was scheduled 4:30pm-10pm and I was supposed to be trained by Jordan when I came to work Jordan didn't acknowledge me or say anything about training me nor did Sergio I worked the whole dinner rush 5pm-7pm by myself mind you haven't worked but only one full shift because of being cut or Sergio texting me not to come in and he promised me 30hrs a week upon hiring me....Back to Sunday July 13,2025 so i work the whole dinner rush my myself at about 7:17pm Sergio puts a apron on and comes back doesn't tell me anything as I'm cleaning he says with an attitude I need 2 and 1 meaning 2original and one crispy I make the chicken and ask him will I be working my full shift or am I being cut early Sergio responds with attitude ur working your whole shift I ask him what time should I go on break.... The boy who answered the phone said, just place a order for a 4 piece combo meal, I will swap them out because it was close in price. He took my name and said he would take care of it. So i did exactly what he said to do. What did i receive? A 4 piece combo meal. No swap no wings. So i called the store back. The same boy answered the phone and i said i didnt get my wings you said you would swap out. He sounded like he smoke a big joint! Oh sorry man. Um you just wanna eat it and give you credit. I said no, i want what i ordered . Welll just call DD and cancel the order. I said no! Im not screwing over the driver. Then silence. I asked what else we can do? His reply? Just come in tomorrow. This is the best experience I have had in a long time anywhere. Maybe this was because of the bad reviews that I have seen but I was treated like absolute royalty. They said that they didn't have enough crispy chicken but they could substitute it or I could wait if I wanted to. I told them I would wait and they said sure thing, would you like a drink while you wait. Then as I was leaving the manager said to me and the other gentleman waiting to wait just one second because she was also going to give us a chocolate chip bundt cake for our troubles. Top notch customer service! Staff was also professional and kind. Stopped in to order a large meal to go for a family of 7. Great friendly service! We were welcomed right away when we walked in. Ordering was fast and helpful. Our cashier was laughing with us and was excellent at creating a connection. We paid and got our drinks and by the time we were done our food was up and ready. Stopped by this location because it was on my way home from work. They shut down their fryers an hour before they close so I definitely do not recommend getting anything at all. Both times I stopped they did not have what I wanted and wouldn't make it because their fryers were shut off. The second time I had to be subbed with wings which were the worst wings I'd ever had. They had probably been sitting under the heat lamp for 45 minutes. Had people waiting for over 20 minutes in the drive-thru and someone came in the lobby complaining they hadn't received all their food. I haven't been in a KFC for years since the one in Richfield closed. We both had the buffet and were not impressed. The chicken was cold and greasy. The mac and cheese didn't taste like cheese and was cold. The only good thing on the buffet was the salad......but what can you do to cutting up lettuce. The dining area was filthy! I went to kfc drive thru at this location tonight for a quick bite to eat where I usually don't have too many issues. I don't know if it's because I went during dinner rush (although it wasn't even that busy) but it was a frustrating experience from start to finish. My friend and I ordered two number eights and haven't ate all day so we asked for extra corn and gravy in our famous bowls. The girl taking our order just ignored our request we came to later find out. She didn't seem to be a very good listener. We told her our drinks, one being a sierra mist and the other one Dr pepper. She miss heard it for Pepsi which wouldn't be a big deal if she hadn't made us feel rushed already in her tone of voice. If she took a second to listen instead of rushing the order she would have probably gotten what we said correct. I ordered a small Mac and cheese too, which I got charged for but didn't get in the bag along with the cookies that are supposed to come with the meal. All in all it felt rushed, I felt like I was an inconvenience to them for stopping through, and my order was wrong and not complete. I was pretty disappointed with the service. I'm not looking for a hand out, but hopefully this review will give them some pointers so they can correct their errors. read more

Just got home after what can be described as an ordeal at this location. As I walked in there was a group talking about waiting for half an hour for their food. I thought they were exaggerating. Well after waiting for 38 minutes after I ordered (I called my wife right before I ordered to double check so I checked to the minute what time I ordered) and after watching customers who had ordered bring their food back because it wasn't done and watching other numerous other customers be asked if they could sub in something else because they were out of it (and this location doesn't serve any of the grilled items so they have the fried chicken and sides to keep ready to go....that's it) I asked for my money back (which took 10 minutes in itself). The employees were trying hard and were polite but they have obviously not been trained well. If KFC corporate reads this, the management of this location needs some serious evaluation. read more

I was at this location on evening of 4/20/2017. I ordered a Georgia gold basket which the displayed price showed $5.49 + tax. However, I noticed on the receipt I was charged $6.49 + tax. When I pointed out to the cashier that I was overcharged. He said their prices have increased but have not changed their prices on the menu. I told him that this was illegal to display a price and without any sort of proper disclosure, charge the customer more. A lady from the back came and started laughing at me because I was complaining about $1 more in extra charge. I told her it was illegal and that I will complain to the corporate office. She continued to laugh and said "go right ahead". I will not only complain to the corporate office but will file a complaint with the FTC and MN Attorney general's office as I believe this location is intentionally overcharging customers. We had such a horrible experience we left the drive-thru without completing our order. Let me be clear- there was no one in the drive-thru line, and no one inside the restaurant. We hadn't been to KFC in awhile, so we took a little time to read over the new (to us anyway) menu. Right away the woman over the drive-thru speaker was very rude and impatient. She asked what we wanted, as if we had interrupted her. When we asked for one item, still deciding what else we'd like to order, she rudely and quickly said "is that it"? We paused for just a few moments, then when we tried to complete our order, she wouldn't respond. We promptly left without purchasing anything from your establishment- all because of this employee's inability to be civil and customer service oriented. Hopefully this is not the caliber of employee you regularly hire. We will not be returning to that KFC specifically because of this individual. Ordered drive thru, got home part of my order was missing. Do not use a credit card at this location as you just might find your card reused at locations elsewhere in the US. Very irritating to spend time dealing with cancelling the card, contacting auto pays with new information and explaining to the credit card company that the card had not been out of my possession, was still in my possession and no I had never ever been to Columbus Ohio nor the lidds store that had charged several transactions to my card. Though they told me the card was present for the purchases, it was not. By providing the vin number it appeared to the credit card company that the card was present when it was not. So darned irritating I will never return to this location not do I ever want to use a credit card in a restaurant as a result.
