First time eating in little wing, have always heard good things about here, so thought would give…read moreit a go, we went to little wing on the Lisburn road at 8pm on a Saturday night restaurant was busy but the staff were well under control and we where greeted and seated at the bar whilst we waited on our table becoming free. 10 mins wait on a table for a Saturday night isn't to bad, place was spotless and had a nice ambiance, we ordered starters I got a chicken Ceaser salad and it was lovely, crisp and was mauled! Lol the wife got a salami flatbread thing with chilli jam which was really good as well, we ordered a spicy salami pizza and 4 different slices from there 24inch pizza range, didn't have to wait to long on our food, when it arrived I was immediately jealous of my wife's selection it was basically twice the size of my pizza, and that is my only issue with the visit to little wing, both where within 50p of each other and my pizza was tiny! My recommendation is the 4 slices for £10 for anyone visiting here! I could have eaten all of the wife's pizza she couldn't finish but wanted to enjoy it later so we boxed it up for later, very impressed with little wings and will definitely be back:)

I love their Piccante Pizza!!…read more For me the spicier the pizza the better. Although little wing is fast becoming a chain franchise here it still manages to retain its charm unlike the other mass produced pizza chains you get everywhere. The prices are good and just like their city centre sister you can get a drink and a slice on the go! Always a good thing! I found the staff great and very attentive and although we didn't sample the desserts (no room) I will certainly be back to if the ones floating past us tasted as good as they looked!!

Ohhh Papa, come to Mama. You're heaven in a pizza box…read more Oh yes, Papa Johns' pizza is (in my opinion) the best tasting pizza around. Everything about it screams perfection - the dough is always so soft and fluffy, the toppings are spot-on, and the sides just add to the whole experience. It's definitely pizza love (sorry Pizza Hut, you come a close second). When Papa John's came to Northern Ireland a few years ago, I'd never heard of it. The first pizzeria opened in Dundonald, and the second in Dungannon not long after. To this day, these are the only two branches in Northern Ireland, unfortunately. Luckily for me though, it's a mere five minutes down the road. And they do free delivery (usually in super-quick time) if you spend £10 or more. Oh, I am a lucky girl... Papa Johns have consistently good offers on, with a buy one get one free 'Early Week Special' (or BOGOF if you prefer, though that could really be disastrously misinterpreted) on Monday and Tuesday, as well as special carry out prices - £12 for any large pizza which has three or less toppings. I personally love their meal deals - meal for three = medium (12") pizza, potato wedges / garlic pizza bread, chicken wings / chicken dippers and a 1.25 litre drink for £14. The cheese and tomato pizza is a safe, but incredibly tasty option, and the chicken bbq is always a good call. If you're in and around Dundonald, Papa Johns will satisfy all your pizza needs. Mmmm...

I loves me some pizza. The magical combination of bread, tomato sauce, cheese and meat is as good…read morean invention in food technology as there ever has been! However more and more in recent years there have been a large range of Pizza places popping up that are frankly mediocre.Fortunatel that isn't the case at all with Papa John's! This is the only branch of Papa John's in Northern Ireland which is astounding to me considering its success and prominence worldwide! On both Mondays and Tuesdays this place does buy one get one free offers which trumps even the might dominoes! The pizzas here are great. The pizza bases are delicious with really tasty crusts, so you want to eat the whole thing rather than littering your house with leftover bread ! The sides in the store are better than you would get at dominoes too, with their chicken wings and chicken dippers surprisingly tasty! You can customise your pizza any way you want, so if you love pizza in anyway like me, feel free to head to Papa John's and grab a pizza of the action! ;)

If you're a fan of burgers and American Diners than you're going to love Belfast's newest burger…read morebar, Eddie Rockets. One of only a few in Ireland ER's is already proving to be a big hit on the Lisburn Road. Yesterday when I paid a visit it was absolutely jam packed. But the pin striped, attentive staff managed to deal with the hoards of burger lover admirably. The whole restaurant follows the USA diner theme, red tiles, bold brash posters with American slogans and red leather booths. Right down to even the tiniest details this place is perfect - they have mini duke boxes (50's style) where you can pay 20p for your choice of song. Right on to the important bit, the food. The menu is full of tempting delights but I went for the Smokestack burger upon a recommendation. I have to say I was not disappointed! The Burger bun was soft and fluffy, the burger was meaty and the extras combination were sublime. The best part of the burger was definitely the 'secret' sauce - sort of like a vinegary mayo. I'm underselling it with that description. Burgers will set you back £6.45 but they are not small and you certainly won't be hungry after eating them. I loved Eddie Rocket's - the only tiny thing I would mention is that it took a while for us to get our food which made us rush eating it. I will put this down to how busy it was. The place certainly isn't understaffed. Top marks from me - there's so much on the menu to sample that I will have to make a trip back soon!

Fun times and good food…read more Eddies is a great addition to Belfast. When you enter Eddies you can see that it is just like stepping into a real American diner and a great touch is that there is a juke box at every table. The food is great also. This is at heart a burger joint and they do it well. I had a smokestake burger and it was delicious. Applewood cheese, onion rings and secret sauce allll gooooood!!! I loved the food so much that I went back for seconds the next day and I can davey say that I will be back again.
