I just stopped at this drive-thru. I have no issues giving negative reviews where warranted. Not the case today. The young man at the drive-thru was polite, courteous, thorough, and attentive. I have a wrist injury that he noticed without prompting. Every item he handed me, he made sure to rang out the window and deliver it to my injured hand. In the past six weeks and after many drive-thrus, never had this occurred. I will go back for the customer service of nothing else. You did good young man. read more

DARN. I should have read the reviews before I stumbled in here. In the area, decided to drop into KFC for a quick lunch. Not even sure where to begin on how this place has gotten. Not a single person at the counter, so I decided to order through the tablet. Tablet is slow as S***, takes forever to cycle through options and place the order. McDs can run through it in 30 sec, here, must be dial up. Ordered two piece white meal. Breast Crispy, wing original: Got both original on the tray. The wing was not a wing, it was some peg leg off a pirate bird. Chicken breast was chewy and the breading nasty soft. The gravy on taters was a science experiment: as it was way too thick. What happened to KFC, did the chain give up or just this location? It's been a while for me and it may be even longer after this visit. Get my A** back to Popeyes. read more

Several bad experiences at this location. Today we order at the drive thru pull up to the window to pay only to be told their credit card machine is down for the day. Wouldn't you tell this to customers before they order? Another time I pull up to the drive thru speaker to order at 11:20am to be told by an employee smoking out back "You're going to have to wait. I needed a break and will be back in after I smoke" WTF! Not to mention the numerous times they've messed up our orders. Their customer service is horrendous. read more

Tried to order food at the drive in. Since I'm a truck driver, I'm was unable to drive they refuse to serve me., because I walked up to the window. Trucks bring your supplies, how easy they forget. Ask the manager for region or district manager contact information , the lady told she didn't know how to get a hold of them. Save your money!!!! read more

Used their online ordering option to save time. After sitting at the store for 15 minutes I approached the store and stood by the window to try and get someone's attention. A man finally asked if he could help. I told him why I was there and he came out with my order that had became twice what I ordered (two complete duplicate orders) I told him that I only ordered one meal and had no use for two. I asked if I was going to be charged for both and I was advised no. I went home and checked my credit card usage and bingo I was charged twice. I called the store and of course I received the run around so now to corporate I go to complain to them. read more

Out of breasts of any flavor. Wings were swimming in sauce and tasted hours old. Did not put my gravy in the bag. Cashier looked like she didn't want to be there. Absolutely horrid experience and I would recommend no one eat here ever. Disgusting food and service. Who the hell gets the mashed potatoes and they leave out the gravy. Went through the Drive-Thru on 5/14. When ordering noticed a sign that stated (4) free Cinnabons with a purchase of a 10 piece meal or more. Tried ordering a 10 piece meal and the staff stated there are no 10 piece meals? Ordered an 8 piece meal instead and still did not receive the free Cinnabons? The manager stated I would need to order a 12 piece meal to receive the free Cinnabons. Please read your own signs before posting. If you don't sell a 10 piece meal don't advertise that you do!! I also asked for legs and thighs and received 4 wings, 2 breasts, 1 leg and 1 thigh? Really? Terrible service.. read more

This place used to be a good place to eat. Then one day there was a whole new crew. I watched an older lady drop a piece of my order on the floor and try to put it in my order. She turned to make sure no one was looking and she saw me and tossed it in the trash. Fast forward a few weeks another new crew. I ordered 4 drumsticks at the drive thru and when I got to the window a large woman yelled at me " we ain't got none ". I asked if it was just the original recipe and she yelled louder "WE AIN'T GOT NONE!" I've tried to purchase chicken 3 times this week but the drive thru is closed, but the dining room was open. Funny because most of the people working there were outside the main entrance smoking. I drove another 5 miles to get chicken from another KFC. It took less than 3 minutes at that location to order, pay and get my food. The KFC on Lebanon Rd. In Sharonville no longer hands out receipts or receipts with the survey on it so that complaints can be registered with the owner. It's in sad shape which is a shame because my family like the food. read more
