After visiting our favorite international grocery store on Saturday, we stopped at Raising Cane's. First visit for all four of us. We all enjoyed their food. Ambiance was loud and messy (lots of crumbs on every table), but we were unanimous in saying we liked the chicken 'fingers' better than any other fast food chicken. Score!!! It was order at counter and wait, so service was not too much in play. Adequate speed for the number of people there. read more

I came in at 250 and ordered food. I was not made aware the restaurant was closing at 3 pm for Christmas. I got my food but the fries weee cold and they had no lemons. They agreed to remake the fries Shortly thereafter an attendant approached me 3 times to tell me they were closing. I never got the fries. Why would I have been seated only to be harassed the entire time n sold cold ? Horrible customer service. While I was there an elderly man who had a huge fall in order was harassed and told he had not paid for order. The manager comes back after realizing the gentleman had paid. My wife introduced me to Raising Canes and I can say that I'm a fan. They have a small menu which is not bad because it doesn't take long to figure out what you want. This restaurant was very clean, staff was friendly, and our order was ready before I could even fill up my drink cup and sit down to wait for them to announce our names. Overall for a fast food place this was pretty good, the place was really clean, which, a good amount of fast food places cannot share the same distinction, and the staff was friendly, another feature A LOT of fast food places cannot say as well. read more

I decided to stop at Raising Cane's for lunch. I was excited, hoping this location would be as good as the one near my home. Oh...how wrong I was! I have no problems with the menu because it's simple: Chicken Fingers. No fancy salads or gourmet anything, just solid chicken fingers or a chicken finger sandwich. Placing my order was just as simple as the menu, and the person taking my order was very friendly -- (via drive thru). I pulled away from the window and noticed my drink order was wrong. No trouble, the order taker apologized and gave me my correct drink in a larger cup, due to the inconvenience. I was amazed because people usually won't do that nowadays. However, now we come to the "problem" area...my food. The chicken fingers weren't as crispy as I've had. In fact, one of the fingers did not taste as if it was fresh. While the other two were, okay, that one really didn't taste the best, and I left it. The buttered toast was soggy, mushy and did not have a crunch toast taste. I was surprised because I've only visited two restaurants which have messed up toast...in my life. Also, there wasn't an order of coleslaw and the amount of fries were scant, to say the very least. The bad taste of the food and missing coleslaw are the reasons I could only give them two stars. With a simple menu such as this, your business hinges on getting the main item right, virtually every time. If this Canes location makes sure their product is fully cooked, fresh and remembers to assemble everything correctly (along with keeping their great customer service), I would recommend them without hesitation. Unfortunately, without knowing when that will occur, I cannot recommend this location at this time. read more

Not a fan of this place. Not the actual location but the food. Choices are little to none. Fingers or fingers on a bun? The chicken batter has no flavor (no spices, etc) so they expect you to soak them in their various sauces, which I don't use so the chicken ends up tasting very bland. Crinkle cut fries as a side. Save your money and go to one of the various other chicken joints that serve tenders. read more

Horrible service every single time I go I get the same guy being a douche bag. The workers are all teens who play around in the back and for some odd reason my chicken is pink and chewy and slimy? We arrived about 12:30 for lunch and it was fairly busy. There was only one cashier taking orders but the line moved quickly. We ordered 3 3 piece chicken strips. After 5-7 minutes our order was ready. The chicken was crispy as were the fries and we all loved the dipping sauce! My 6 year old grandson devoured the toast! I found out later that's his favorite. The parking lot with a drive through was very well thought out, compressed into a corner lot on two busy streets. Arriving and departing was no problem. read more

I went to Canes's on Rt 4 in Fairfield, Oh. When the worker went to hand me the drink order, before I could get me hand in the drink cup holder the large drink fell into the car on my lap. The drive thru worker says "oh" , steps back from the window and comes back with a stack of napkins. He then continues to hand me the food as if nothing happened and then says "would you like some ketchup"? I didn't know if he was being sarcastic or not. I should Have asked for management but I was just outdone. However, once I got home I sent a comment to that location about the incident along with a picture of the food because it looked just as bad as the service was, and I didn't hear a peep from anyone. Great speed but man the people must hate their jobs. The guy taking the order awesome but the rest need to wake up on the other side of the bed. Also, could I get a little soda with the plethora of ice. Come on it's cheap and you're already taking enough for the margin to at least give me 25% ice instead of 90% ice. Never going back! I am a regular at this location of Raising Cane's. I have always had average or above average service here but tonight was a little different. Upon getting home with my order I noticed that the size of their chicken tenders were drastically smaller than usual. Literally each tender was at least half the size the have been on pretty much every visit here. So much so I didn't get full off of my 8$ dinner that I usually can share with my 2 year old. We always share a meal because lets face it he is 2 and doesnt eat that much. This time he actually ate half of the four tenders we received but normally he only eats one or less. Very disappointed and I hope this was just an isolates incident. I plant to return but if this keeps up I won't be doing so many more times. read more

Brand new building on a busy corner. I visited after they were open only a few days and during the lunch rush. The business actually had Butler County Sheriffs out there to help with traffic concerns. The store itself was clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The service was quick despite the fact is was a lunch rush. I was in and out in under five minutes. Those are the reasons why this review is three stars and not less. The food was less than average. They have a very limited menu. Chicken fingers, french fries, cole slaw, texas toast and soft drinks, and a chicken finger sandwich. That's it, nothing else. Now, I realize that this is the restaurant's concept, but if you are only going to do one thing, do it right. I ordered their most popular "Box Combo" that came with 4 fingers with their signature dipping sauce, slaw, fries and toast. I took it to go and ate it about 5 minutes later. The fries were tasty, fresh and hot.The chicken fingers were cooked fresh and hot as well but it seemed like they were taken directly out of the fryer and placed into my togo box. They were very greasy and this caused the breading to fall away from the chicken. Maybe draining them on paper towels before serving them might help with this problem. The texas toast was neither buttery or garlicy, although the bread was fresh and it was toasted well. The cole slaw was crisp and the right tempreture but it needed salt and pepper. The dipping sause was tasty, but i wish there were a few choices of sauces to pick from. I also wish they had a family meal combo that includes sides as well as fingers. They only have what they call "Tailgates" withis just a large tray of fingers with sauce. I'll probably give them another try a little further down the road to see if they got their glitches worked out. read more
