Hmm ok so where do I start ,well let's start with the fact that my stuffed crazy bread is hardly stuffed at all. It has almost no cheese in it at all and the the physical appearance of it is absolutely appalling,not to mention that the bread looks completely uncooked. Third time I've been here. It's never busy. The same 2-3 girls always working. And not once has there ever been a single hot n ready pizza of any kind available. I've tried different times of the day also. Each time I've asked if they no longer make them "hot n ready" and if I need to call ahead or order online and they say no we can make you a pizza right now. I ask if there are any currently being made and they say no. I ask why not and they have no answer. But they say it'll take 15min to make me one. If this were any other pizza chain that'd be perfectly normal. But a chain that prides itself on a "Hot n' Ready" pizza but never has any available nor cooking... meh. Feels like people should know not to expect it at this location. Unsure of the true reasoning for it. I'd avoid this location for now, folks. Something's not adding up. read more

I ordered 2 pizzas, a large italian breadsticks, and a 2-liter of pop. The driver showed up with only the pizzas and breadsticks, no 2-liter ... SO, He didn't speak any english so I couldn't talk to him about the order. I tried calling the store 4 times. Each time, nobody answered, and it hung up after 6 rings... There is no way to contact them. They're 20 minutes away from me, so I'm not going to drive almost an hour for a 2-liter of pop... Just beware, the service is marginal, and you can't call them if there's a problem. read more

Little Caesars is known for their "hot and ready" pizza. And it's true..they're pizza is hot..and ready (well..if you want a deep dish there's a couple minute wait but still..). It's also pretty inexpensive compared to other pizza places..so there's that. Me and my family decided to get some Little Caesars take out on a Friday evening. I hadn't had Little Caesars in a very long time so I was interested in seeing how their pizza was these days. I remember, growing up, Little Caesars locations were inside K-Mart's..and as a special treat for putting up with our parents taking forever to shop we would get to take home a pizza for dinner. It was pretty exciting back then. This location is across the street from the huge Wal-Mart Superstore in West Chester. It's in a mini strip mall type location..it seems like it's been around for a while..slightly run down. The inside, again, seemed like it was a bit run down but not too bad. We decided to order a large round pepperoni pizza, and a large deep dish one. I had never tried their deep dish before so I was interested in seeing what it was like. Our round pizza was ready immediately..our deep dish took a couple minutes to be prepared. So..alright..was it good pizza? Umm...ish? There was nothing bad about it..any pizza is, you know, pizza..so even bad pizza is still alright. This wasn't bad pizza in any way..just a bit bland in my opinion. No distinct tastes to it..just crust, sauce, cheese, and pepperoni..nothing to make it unique in any way. The deep dish was very crisp..a bit doughy in the middle. It wasn't the worst deep dish I've tried..but nothing to write home about. Again..kind of basic..kind of bland. In the end..at the prices these pizzas are sold for..they are good enough. I would absolutely order pizza from Little Caesars again if I had a lot of people to feed and a limited budget. You get what you pay for..good enough pizza. This location overall did a decent job in producing it..so I would feel good in recommending it for anyone seeking Little Caesars. read more

Almost every time I stop in to this store, there is a significant wait, and nothing is ready. Today, I came in and pre-ordered 3 pizzas and 2 orders of crazy bread in the store at 415pm and asked to pick them up at 530pm, giving them more than an hour to prepare the order. I confirmed twice that they would be ready at 530 before departing. I returned at 530 and was told 2 of the 3 pizzas were not ready. I waited more than 25 minutes until the manager, Michael, who initially took my order, returned to the store. When I spoke to him, he told me it would be another 4-5 minutes, but he walked away and disappeared in the back when I tried to ask him a question. After another 25 min, and after watching numerous orders get picked up and go out the door, I walked to the other side of the store to find the manager who was again missing. I stepped around the corner and asked one of the employees where he was, and the employee pointed to the back without making an effort to get him. As it turned out, the manager had left the store again as he was not in his office in the back (I went back and knocked on the door after the employee pointed and didn't say anything or go and get him). I asked another employee to call the manager, told her my order again, that I had been waiting for nearly an hour, and I returned to the packed lobby to wait. Several minutes later, the manager returned to the store. He was exasperated when he arrived and said he would check on why I hadn't received my order. He then returned yelling at me in front of the packed lobby for going behind "his" counter and threatened to "refund (my) money and throw me out" of "his" store as he was the owner. When I told him I was looking for him (he was clearly agitated), he took 3-4 steps towards me with clenched fists and yelled "well here I am, let's go!" He continued berating me and yelling,"You don't ever go behind my counter!" This was a needless escalation by him when nobody was aggressive or threatening towards him or his employees. There was a lobby full of frustrated customers, and he decided to threaten physical violence indirectly instead of finding out what happened. He continued carrying on from the back, calling me a "grown ass man" and accusing me of yelling at a bunch of 14 year old kids, which wasn't true. Ultimately, I received my order, but this was by far the worst experience I've ever had at this store. And it was all over 3 pizzas. Ridiculous. Use this store only if you have ample time to wait, and don't expect any apologies or thank you's from the staff for being patient. read more

I'm not sure why people feel the need to trash Little Caesars the way they do. No, it's not gourmet pizza, but dollar for dollar, it's hard to beat. This was admittedly the first LC pizza I had had in years, but after seeing that they regularly had a large thin crust pepperoni for 6 bucks, I had to bite. And I was a little surprised at how good it was. As an added bonus on this visit, if you ordered online or on an app, you got a free 2 liter soda included. I don't know where else you can get this kind of deal. Thin crust has crispy crust just the way I like it. The counter service was friendly and accommodating. Online confirmation gave the ready time and it was ready when promised. What's not to like? I will certainly be ordering from them again in the future. read more

Dude cursed us out for ordering and was definitely on something. Had to wait for 30 minutes. The workers would scream at whoever entered that pizzas would take at LEAST 45 minutes and they shouldn't wait. A older man walked in while we we were waiting that ordered online and the worker told him his pizza wouldn't be ready for at least an hour, and when he asked for a refund, the worker shrugged his shoulders and walked off. Not one employee wore a mask. They were rude and uninviting as soon as me and my friend stepped into the door. We ordered a large cheese pizza and it wasn't even fully cooked and still doughy so we had to put it in the oven once we got home. The crazy bread was BARELY covered in the Parmesan butter and we also asked for them to put what they put on the crazy bread on top of our pizza real quick "Parmesan and garlic butter" but the guy was so high on whatever substance he completely ignored us and just handed us our food and walked away. Telephone # 513.779.3666. Receipt specifically states extra sauce and cheese. I asked if the pizzas were fresh ready made when I ordered, she stated yes on the phone when I ordered it. I arrived only 5 minutes later after being told it would be 15 minutes. Impossible to order the pizza, make the pizza in under five minutes. (RED FLAG #1) Was the driest pizza I ever ate. Very little sauce even after ordering extra sauce. Pizza was not hot as well. (RED FLAG #2) I figured I would pay and wait on it. Paulina J. stated "be careful it's heavy, I put a lot of sauce on it." See photo of receipt and pizza. So dry and nasty that I didn't eat the whole pizza. Won't go back. I should have read the online reviews. Was told the pizza was $4.08 for four slices and a drink. More than fair price. Extra cheese was $.75 but I was charged $5.08. Presented her six dollars and she shut the drawer and proceeded to hand me my pizza. I stated "I thought you said this was $4.08." She open the door again giving me my change of $.92 with no receipt. There is consistently poor service. The line is usually long so I used the app. The service wasn't working so I stood in line to ask about my order. Apparently they were out of pizza and since I or paid they said I could get something else. Then someone from the back said they had more crust. 50 mins later I have my order, after pre ordering! Always Cold. Never Ready. I usually like Little Caesar's. There are others around (although not close to my home) that are great. However, this one (in West Chester, Ohio) across from Wal-Mart is not. It's the only one in my area so unless I want to pay a bunch for a pizza from some other pizza place I go here. Every pizza I've gotten has been cold and hard when I got it home. (I don't live that far from the store). I would describe it as cardboard. Also, I usually get pepperoni (not a special order) and I always have to wait about 10 minutes. Kind of defeats the whole purpose of going to Little Caesars. Little Caesars has always made a tasty pizza, it is still one of my favorite pizzas ever and it is only $5. I don't understand why other pizza places cost so much. This past Wednesday night, my young son and I had a taste for pizza and unfortunately I did not have my wallet, limited to the $10 that was in my car. We went out of way to find LC in West Chester, as we were in Mason for indoor soccer which finished at 915p. GPS said we would be there around 930p. Arrived at 932p and walked in. Young man sitting in chair, possible driver? No one at counter but clearly some food in the ready ovens. Waited a moment and then a young guy comes up to counter from the back of restaurant, only to tell me they were closed and forgot to lock the door. Published online and at the door was a 10p close. Told him we came out of way to LC so we could get our fix for the drive home to Centerville. Didn't give a care in the world and told me the visible food was not for sale. Said he was sorry and came around counter to lock the door behind me. As I am getting in my car at the door, the employee and young man sitting in chair proceeded to the ready ovens to pull the food out and began to eat. How disappointing. I hope the owners and management see this to act accordingly. I am a business owner and would want to know if my employees failed to operate my company as designed or expected. No customer service. Just two young guys eager to go home. Thank God, Dominos was across the street. Unfortunately it required a wait which I was trying to avoid. read more

Not good! Occasionally you luck out and get a halfway decent pizza here, but most of the time they give you a pizza that seems to have been on the shelf for hours. I went tonight and got a horribly old, dried out pizza. It was inedible. I threw it away as soon as I got home and made a Totino's "Party Pizza" instead. read more
