Today (07-24-2026) I stop in the KFC Restaurant at 3003 Reading Rd. To order some chicken before going out to the music festival I ordered a 3 pc combo (2 thighs and legs crispy) with potatoes wedges, biscuit and chicken pot pie with macaroni cheese. When I got home the chicken tastes as if it was cooked in burnt grease and smell funny and was uneatable. Why!! I think the employees knew the chicken was not good quality. Last night at 7 pm employees locked the doors which should be open until 9 pm. They had family inside eating free food. I counted 10 door dashers that were told to park and wait. I counted another 7 people in the drive thru waiting for service. Employees closed the lobby and fed their families while customers waited for service. Horrible. I ordered 2 thighs and a drumstick w/ cole slaw and mac and cheese and a sweet tea. I received a breast, thigh, drum and wing w/ 2 mashed potatoes w/ gravy. Unsweetened tea and no straw. This is ridiculous. How hard is it to follow simple directions? Save your time and money and choose another restaurant. These people that work here aren't the brightest even with something so simplistic as fast food. Horrible service. I can see why they have - 1.6 * rating. They totally screwed up my meal. I wanted 2 thighs and 2 legs with cole slaw. They have me mashed potatoes with gravy, and white meat chicken. I had to drive all the way back to the restaurant and wait 23 minutes for them to make new chicken. Because they didn't have any made. I ordered a pick up from Grubhub. The store told me to pick up 8:36 pm. I got there at 8:40 only to be told that they don't have the chicken I ordered and I have to wait for 30 mins. I waited outside the store in my car for 30 mins and then they closed the front door. When I tried to talk to the employees until he store, they acted like they didn't even hear me. I wasted an whole hour for not getting my food, feeling hungry and frustrated and humiliated. A ubereats driver showed up during the same period and complained about these same "bunch of black women chatting around n doing nothing". I'll place the order for KFC chicken through Postmates got the eight piece fillet meal chicken was very tender not greasy and very flavorful mashed potatoes were very creamy hot and well prepared gravy was excellent I have to say it over all the food was pretty good and the coleslaw was very crunchy and had great flavor not too sweet but not to sell the only complaint I had about my order from KFC is the biscuits were kind of hard but overall the meal was pretty good I'd order from KFC again .But next time I order could you please add fresh biscuits to our orderYour biscuits is the one thing on your menu I really enjoy if they haven't sat to long. read more

This place was OK, the food was pretty dry and did not have much flavor in the big chicken box. My family only enjoyed the mashed potatoes. We will not be coming back, after i saw a roach on a wall in the bathroom. Also, i gave my kid 25 cents to go get a gumball at the little cute gumball machine and my kid got scammed and i firgured out it was, broken.
