Food has always been great, staff is always very kind and friendly. I have never had a long wait. The only thing I can say I am disappointed about is today is the third time I have placed my order and asked for honey mustard, dipping sauce, and I get home and I have none as expensive as gas is it's not worth it to me to turn around and drive back there to get it plus my food would've been cold by the time I did that so please people that work at KFC in Clio, PLEASE REMEMBER TO PUT THE REQUESTED SAUCE IN THE BAG. Orderd a ten piece tonight and had it delivered with Door Dash. (No problem with Door Dash) They sent a ten pice wit 7 wings and didn't send the Mac and cheese. Called up and was put on hold for over ten minutes. Hung up and called back. Forgot about us !!! Tells me he was dealing with another complaint. Go figure. First thing out of his mouth Short Staffed. Come wait in drive through and get order fixed. Already paid for door dash and tipped them well. Have had crappy food from this location for the last several orders. Best KFC I've ever been to. Just left the drive through and the guy taking our two orders was soo nice and patient even though we made a few changes after giving our order. Then the girl at the window was soo sweet and courteous. She hooked us up on sauce, they took $2 off each order because they were out of biscuits, and everything was hot. Best KFC read more

I don't know why I keep giving this KFC chances, when they short buckets and short the sides. I have contacted corporate for my refund. The chicken is dry and not fresh. The Mac and cheese is too watery. Both of my buckets were shorted by one piece, the last time I came here. They forgot my drink once. The girl/boy at the window was horrible and has horrible customer service. We visited this location recently and were impressed by the cleanliness, "newness" feel of it and the nice staff. The food was fresh and hot, and compared to the KFC near my home in California, this one was about 5 times better. Yum! read more

the staff has a lot of attitude and every time I go there they get the order messed up. I didn't have something and I tried to go in but the doors were locked so i could not ask. This KFC was so dirty I almost had to walk out and eat elsewhere. Unfortunately I was with other people who were willing to risk their health by eating at this filth hole. I don't even know where to begin. First, one employee was standing in the lobby holding an infant while one person was running the register and making food, while touching her face, with painted nails, and not washing between register and making the food, no gloves. Every single table in the place was filthy regardless of the fact that we were the only people in the lobby (except for the baby holding employee). The employees in the back were sliding around on filthy stagnant water carrying racks around the back. A customer from drive through came in to complain that they messed up their order. Employees were loudly messing around behind the back part (by the drive through) line. All the garbages were flowing over. Straw wrappers by the pop machine were all over and it wasn't even busy!!!! What a crap hole. The looks of the lobby are deceiving because it looks like it has recently been renovated. Don't stop here though. It's a dirty dump! In the pictures you can see the stagnant water and empty lobby yet there is full trash everywhere and no where to sit because it's FILTHY! Yikes!!! This place is a complete crap hole. It was a workout attempting to pry my flip flops off the sticky floor in the lobby trying to walk to the register to order. There were straw wrappers overflowing onto the floor from the garbage, no ice and pop literally sprayed everywhere around the pop machine and they weren't even busy lol! The kitchen floor looked like a horror movie, random wrappers and chicken boxes in the floor. While waiting for my food I went to the bathroom LOL... bad idea... the toilet completely overflown, toilet paper everywhere. BARF! Oh then I received my food and decided to eat in the car since every table was absolutely repulsive and sticky but ended up having to walk inside the sticky building at least 3 times since they jacked up my order so bad.. no silverware, no cold slaw or cookies and apparently they were out of ketchup??? Worst service ever ! waited like 25 minutes for a 3 piece meal ,asked for a refund because we couldn't wait any longer, chashier who was friendly said she had to get a manager, ok 10 minutes later still no food no manager. people were coming and leaving as we waited ,than we were going to just leave when somebody from the back just threw down a bag of food and said "3 piece meal ". There was no apology, no thankyou nothing. We will never go back and we would never recommend this KFC to anyone. This place gives KFC a bad name. read more
