Buffet was very good. They were out of a lot of options if you ordered off menu. No ice out front and chairs still on tables.

This is the worst KFC we have ever been to. One of the chicken wings had bare bones with no meat on them. One of the chicken breasts had a huge glob of mushy, nasty, uncooked breading on it and the piece itself was under-cooked. Our meal was supposed to include six biscuits, as shown on the receipt; we received four, with no butter or honey. We ordered mashed potatoes and did not receive the gravy. We didn't get these menu items as they were listed on the menu, which is false advertising. Also no utensils for the sides, and no napkins. We will not be going back. read more

I went here yesterday and got a large family meal and a 2 PC dinner. I asked for fries without salt and the worker there was so nice about it. He asked if I could wait for a fresh batch of fries, I said I could and he used tongs to get them out so they didn't get mixed in with salty fries. Was warned about this location, but it sounded good. So I ignored the warning. Ordered my food through DoorDash. I ordered a large mashed potato and gravy and not only were there no napkins included but there was no spoon to eat my mashed potatoes and gravy. I also ordered 10 piece chicken strips and I ordered six KFC sauces. They sent me 4 honey mustards. I don't like honey mustard and that's not what I ordered. I will listen to recommendations next time and I will not be back. read more

Spoilers: the food was good, but it took us almost 20 minutes to get it --- and we ate from the buffet. Curious yet? Here we go. My husband and I went to get the buffet after a long day at work. We were both very hungry -- which made what is about to happen extremely painful. My husband and I were going to pay with half cash and half debit card. The cashier didn't know how to do that, but was very very snarky about it (Like you totally expect me to know how to do my job? NO. FAIR!) Okay...maybe she was new and had never learned manners. So she goes back to the grill girl for Help. She was much nicer about it, but still didn't know how to take split currency. .. So five minutes later here comes our friendly neighborhood KFC manager. Our hopes were high. Surely he would know how to take both cash and a credit card. Nope. I'd be wrong then. He didn't have a CLUE! He actually had to void our order and take two orders ... one cash, one debit. I've worked in retail for almost 20 years and I have been a manager. I can understand someone new having never encounters that maybe...but the MANAGER DOESN'T know how to take currency???? There's something wrong there. It does explain why the staff didn't know how to take currency. The food WAS GOOD but it took like 20 mins to get... Here's my advice. If you are in the Coffeyville area DO eat at this restaurant, but ONLY if you are paying with one currency. Also be ready for the manager and some of the wait staff to be rude. ;) The girl working grill though? I have to say she was very professional, calm, and friendly. I would have hired her. In fact my advice to HER is to get a job elsewhere cuz she's better than that place...or kick out the other manager and make her one. read more

This place sucks, it's filthy!!!! Had the buffet and there weren't any chicken livers, pan was empty. I asked if we could get some the cashier said okay and kind of shrugged me off. After about 15 minutes I asked again and the cashier stated that he told the cook to put some down and he didn't listen so still no livers. After being there for almost 45 minutes and we were leaving they still were out!!!! Restrooms smelled like pee, had to wipe our own table off. The floors were sticky as well as the chairs. Chicken was extremely greasy and soggy. Mashed potatoes had been microwaved to the point they'd instantly burn your mouth. Also not happy about the curb around the drive through window. The way the drive is configured there is not enough room to straighten out a longer vehicle making you strike the curb if not careful. They must've known this ahead of time and placed the curb to guard the building, not caring about any damages incurred by your vehicle. read more

Arrived at 5 pm and intended to get the buffet. t The food was decent but the appearance of the buffet was messy and several of the items should have been at least stirred. All the tables were messy, no napkins anywhere, the tray the girl put our plates on was wet and she did take it to the back and dry it off, her excuse was she wasn't there "this morning"...when asked about napkins she said "they're in the back" several of the employees were laughing and joking around in the back. No one appeared to be keeping the buffet filled and there were several empty containers. I wonder if they actually have a manager in the sense no one seemed to really care except for the girl at the cash register. I would recommend that you bring a cloth to clean the table before eating and perhaps some napkins, and a spoon to stir the contents of the buffet. read more

This is a brand new store. They got our simple order WRONG! The bathrooms are disgusting. The drink station has a water leak and it is leaking all over the floor. The manager blamed our order being wrong on the cashier. Said it was her first day. She looked embarrassed and then said it was really her 4th day..... This store needs some serious manager improvement. The Coffeyville Ks. KFC is not very sanitary to say the least. We came in to the facility around 5pm. No chicken available for over 15 minutes. The sides were all dried up and subpar for the $18 we spent there. One customer replied he had never eaten dry chicken at a kfc before and that he would eat at Bartlesville next time and never come back. My chicken was fresh off the pressure cooker but the sides were blah!! That combined with poop smears on top back of toilet and the seat combined with a chair doused in I can only imagine sticky coke syrup that put sticky crud all over my hands when I moved it cause me to agree a return visit is a no go! I'm sorry but colonel Sanders would be doing backflips in his grave if he could see this place. One employee told another one she hated her job there. I overheard a male employee call a customer behind their back a liar. The customer said she didn't want any wings and the lady employee told the male employee the customer said you gave her all wings- lol I think likely he was lying to cover his blunder. No matter what, the place is filthy, service subpar, customers are not always right. Do yourself a favor- choose a more sanitary customer friendly establishment to spend your hard earned dollars. ...... Bonus info.... strap yourself in. Early on in our visit a male customer obviously suffering from gastro intestinal disfunction released a ripper that could clearly be heard anywhere in the facility !! Last reason to dodge the buffet. Unsanitary customers. My wife intercepted a boy who was digging out apparently a booger rooted as deep as it could be up the ol schnozzle. He finally got it out and was wiping it on a Christmas tree ornament. She got an employee to relocate the ornament somewhere in the kitchen to be cleaned at a later time. She also advised them to wash their hands as that family also were conversing with the employees about how long they had their hacking and coughing spells! All this happening during a relatively slow amount of business flow. You decide! Coffeyville KFC or Bartlesville? I've heard Bartlesville is ok. I've never eaten there so far. I had a large order so I called 2 hours prior to make sure it was ready. When I arrived, it took 15 minutes to get waited on & there was 1 other person in the store. I handed the girl behind the counter my order as I had written it down knowing how KFC always leaves something out. When they found out it was the one with the large order--they all panicked!!! Not only was my order NOT done but there was NO explanation as to why. I had left my phone number for them if there was any issues and received no calls so I had assumed that it was ready. I was once again greeted by Ryan, a fine articulate young man with such composed manners and humor, may I add. We barely made it to KFC, as it was just a few minutes prior to closing last evening. Yet, on the two occasions he waited on us, he actually waited pleasantly for our decision making process in ordering our meals. The experience was idyllic, as though being invited to a friends home for an extraordinary meal. And, even though he was bombarded with additional rapacious customers; he was conscientiously aware of all our needs, and filled them with sophistication and thoroughness...even though it probably augured a later work night ahead for his fabulous service. Such an courteous eleemosynary attitude could be contagious which would justify our ordering food there much more often. Unfortunately, prior to his professionalism, We felt we were an inconvenience to the employees for ordering a meal near closing time. Ryan, thank you for serviceability! I travel for a living and eat at KFC at least once a week for lunch. I ALWAYS get the box lunch, 2 PC grilled, thighs only please, and green beans or greens instead of mashed potatoes. When I gave my order, I was informed by the little teenage girl at the front that there are no substitutions allowed. I informed her that this is my usual routine that I do at the other 1000 restaurants I have patronized. To which she replied, "well, not here." Went to the drive thru about 9:30 at night last Saturday, Sept 15th. The last time I went thru the biscuits were hard as rocks so I asked if they could make sure the biscuits are soft. He said, "we're trying to close so they can't promise anything". Paid extra for all white, extra crispy 8 pc. meal deal and sure enough, get home and there's 3 thighs in there. Went back today, to get the same thing for friends. Told them what happened and asked for the same order at regular price because I didn't get all white yesterday. Told them I didn't get a receipt and the manager said he couldn't do it without a receipt. If I wanted to rip you off I'd ask for the whole damn thing free. This stuff has happened many times......it's a great opportunity for customer service and again, they blew it.
