We at there twice. Thursday and Friday morning. Both times great experience. We ordered and had our food fast. Everything was hot and fresh. More than we could eat and they checked on us often. We stopped in for breakfast this morning. It was a short stroll from the hotel we were staying at. It's a local favorite for sure. Nice cozy place with lots of smiles, not a lot of seats- seat yourself, but wasn't too busy. I ordered the French toast, 1/2 order and the cottage fries- they are fried potatoes. The French toast was amazing! They were crispy on the edges but soft and gooey in the middle. My husband had the cheese omelet, the cook did an amazing job- not burnt and cooked perfectly! He also had hash browns and a bacon with gravy, it's sausage gravy. He really enjoyed the homemade biscuit and the thick gravy. If you're lucky enough to be in the area and looking for a good breakfast that won't upset your stomach, definitely stop here! weeze's has delicious breakfast food in a yoko local atmosphere. many regulars eating here everyday and that's a good thing. I came to bartelsville for exhaust work right up the street and I walked here after reading all the great reviews to have something to do while waiting. They have super excellent waitresses here. They definatley make you feel welcome. Coffee doesn't have to be begged for here. they keep the brew flowing and your cup filled faster than you can drink it, ( anothet good thing IMO). I ate the breakfast that gives you eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuit and gravy, with a pancake to boot. i'm a big fat 230-ish lbs . trucker and I didn't have room for that pancake. oh yeah I had hashbrowns to! The food was all tasty, and it was interesting to see the variety of locals here. when I came there were some retired dudes conversing over trucks they were interested in and there were proffesionals there too. There was EMT's that frequent weeze's there as well. Its also nice to get a window spot as I did so you can have a view of the action of pedestrians going to and fro down the cool little shops all along the frontside of the cafe. It's basic, it's old school, and the food is tasty and priced right. My husband's breakfast burrito rivaled any other breakfast place, American or Mexican style. I went for the junior slice of French toast with sausage which was the perfect portion and very delicious. However, I must warn that Weeze's is just not the cleanest place I've been and their tiny through-the-storage-area restroom is downright bad. I also felt like there were plenty of staff on hand to at least tell us "seat yourselves" but instead the whole dining room just stared while we waited to find out what to do first. I get it, this is the type of informal little mom & pop haunt that people frequent, but when you're from out of town it would be nice to have a little more of a friendly welcome. With that said, we felt very well served and were thanked for our business by two people so it was all good. read more

This just felt nostalgic and perfect to me. From the ads on the coffee mugs, to the friendly but busy breakfast servers, to the constant coffee refills, no-frills space, and lots of locals, it definitely hit on one of the experiences I was hoping to have in a town like Bartlesville. The food was very good. I had scrambled eggs, a biscuit, some ham and hash browns. Everything was exactly as you'd expect - such familiar comfort-food I was instantly transported back to a simpler time in my life. Our little girl enjoyed her pancake and OJ, and the service was perfect. Here was the best part. Six of us showed up at around 10A last Saturday. After we'd been seated for about ten minutes and had placed our orders, four more from our group (who were staying at a different hotel) made their way in - unbeknownst to us. Now it was a busy Saturday, and they didn't have to do this, but they pulled a table over so we could all sit together. Is there anything better in the world than a breakfast server who - in all of her hectic morning and mind swimming with all that everyone needs from her - will go out of her way to accommodate the needs of the customers.
