Ordered at the drive thru- had to repeat myself 3 times. Was told they don't sell milk for the kids meals, when it's right on the menu and I have ordered it before. Finally get my order, and I'm missing a side and sauces. They did not give me a receipt. I went inside to get my missing items and they proceeded to blame me and said I ordered incorrectly, still refusing to give me my receipt and correct the issue. Every single worker had an AirPod in their ear. Had there been actual management and accountability as an employee, they would have gotten the order correct the first time I had to ordered. I ordered the 8 piece meal I was supposed to get 8 pieces of chicken original all dark 2 large sides 4 biscuits the 2 large sides was the only thing they got right. I received 6 pieces of chicken and extra crispy with white meat and 2 biscuits instead of 4. kfc is basic chicken. after clerk and manager both made mistakes on my order, they made good the next day for the trouble. but, zhas any one noticed kfc chicken has changed? the spices and seasoning in the coating on their regular chicken is almost faint. you can barely taste the seasoning now....compared to maybe 10 years ago. the great taste of kfc chicken is no longer a reason to go to kfc if the flavor is gone, kfc will fade in to history books. sad. somebody's cost citting will kill the company. kfc is not even located in ky anymore read more

WOW, I left the VA hospital go to KFC and this was the worst experience ! I always get 2 family bucket meals for my large family and it was way over cooked and the wrong chicken. The manager said to come back and he would replace ONLY ONE BUCKET of overlooked chicken. We just went back, and was told they didn't have enough chicken to fill our order ( we were paying for our second bucket ) then after waiting for our food again they were rude and condescending. If you're in the area and you're craving KFC, you're in luck. This is the nicest KFC I've ever been to by far, the interior is extremely clean, and they clean up spills extremely fast. Food is usually ready before you've finished paying, drive-in or dine-in. And today, they even went around offering slices of chocolate cake to everyone that was dining in as a treat, just to show you how nice the staff is. This KFC is terrible. Always out of wings. The chicken is way overdone. Pieces are tiny. Order is wrong half the time.

We come here for lunch almost once a week and every time it's the same woman at the drive-through i'm not sure of her name I believe it starts with a K but anyhow she's always very nice helpful and consistent and we've never had an order we weren't satisfied with. We go the extra distance to eat at this one versus Finneytown because it is substantially better! read more
