The food was great except it got cold really fast, especially the fries. The flavor was great though, except the chicken seemed not cooked to order, as it was dry. The cashier got upset that we didn't redeem multiple coupons the right way, but her colleague fixed it in no time. I had a great experience at this location. Didn't use my app since I was so close. They weren't too busy inside so I went in. Staff was friendly and got my order in timely manner. My side and drink were free, even better. Got the chicken minis which I love. So they came out fast considering I got waffle fries too. The food was really good. I love that bread in those mini, wish there was a larger version. I had the lemonade and sweet tea (mostly tea). It was a good meal and quality service. I will be back. read more

Chick-Fil-a is hands down one of my favorite place for a chicken sandwich. NOT AT THIS LOCATION! Never have I experienced food this terrible. My girl and I decided to stop and grab a sandwich meal before we headed off to the grocery store because you never go grocery shopping when you're hungry. We went through the drive Tru at 2pm on a Friday afternoon and parked at the huge parking lot next door so we could both enjoy our food while it's hot. To our disma, both my regular sandwich and her grilled chicken sandwich were cold. I mean cheese not even soft let alone melted. Buns felt like the were just taken out of the fridge and waffle fries cool. Yes we were hungry and I don't take food back for any reason. This location has the worst online pickup order system ever. I waited over 20 minutes for the last 2 orders I picked up there. Also, they hide the orders in the back so you can't just grab them when you walk in. When I walked in today at 7:50 in the morning there were five people waiting in the pick up area. I wish I was the franchise owner of this restaurant, they line the drive thru around the building. I don't get it though, what is so great about the food? The original chicken sandwich has a horrifying ingredient list longer than your arm. Lots of chemicals including MSG monosodium glutamate. Prices went up from $3.49 per baseline sandwich to $3.89. Service is great and I respect the Christian values but why the hype? Chicken product and fries come in frozen. Maybe the Mac and cheese is made from scratch? What a HUGE difference from McDonalds by UC yesterday. 3 x as many cars today in drive thru. Rico-who took our order was super sweet and smiled and so professional and courteous. Before I could type above, food already being handed to us with a very nice smiling lady confirming our order again. Love this company because all locations I visit have the same high quality standards . This place understands gluten free and ways to minimize cross contamination. Separate driver for fries only and no breaded items is key to know and understand as a consumer. Most places do not do that. read more

Out of all the Chick-fil-A's I've visited over the years this one ranks as one of one of the worst locations with regards to customer service. The food is typically what you expect from a Chick-fil-A. Having moved recently to the area from Atlanta maybe I'm used to the level of customer service you get at Chick-fil-A's in the original location from where it started. Every time I go here and hit the drive thru I end getting a very non CFA experience. In fact we had a guest in town this past weekend and she even commented on how unfriendly the service was. Unenthusiastic, bored, rude, attitude are words synonymous with those other fast food chains out there. Unfortunately, that's what comes to mind when I think about this location. I am not proud of how often I frequent this Chick Fil A, likely at least once a month. Here is why I go: - very clean (the bathrooms are occasionally iffy) - food always hot and consistently good value - kids (ages 2.5 and 5) looooove the play place and I can just chill after after a tough day of work or a weekend morning The con (besides their corporate policies) is the drive thru can take FOREVER. Worst during weekday lunch in the summer, but pretty bad all weekday lunches and occasionally weekday dinners. If it looks long, even if both lanes are open, PASS. Side note, the kids indoor play area is clean and nice, but can get borderline Lord of the Flies. Now that I have two kids, I accept this and don't worry much but I was pretty surprised with my first and just watching all the kids interact. It was on a road trip to Cincy that I had a craving for what I consider the best "fast food" spicy, crispy, chicken sandwich ever. I recently discovered the perfect sauce too that matches up with my extra pickles - sweet n spicy siracha! Of course, that isn't why I rated 5 stars. I dined in that day and opened my bun to add the glistening reddish orange sauce and noticed the chicken was about 30% smaller than usual mainly due to the piece being a moon shape. I really thought nothing of it and finished up my sammie. I cleaned up my table and was ready to get up until a young lady approached me and told me how long it took ChikFilA to perfect the crispy spicy chicken sandwich. We then entered into small talk and ended up somehow talking about leadership and the mindset of an entrepreneur. I ended up telling her about my irregular sized chicken and she immediately conjured up a replacement with my favorite sauce. It definitely was not needed but she explained how their staff was trained not to serve those. I happily took it and saved it for a snack later. Chick fil a is one of my favorite lunch places! This location is one of the better ones in Cincinnati. However, the chicken has been getting saltier than usual, so I'm not sure if that's a franchise issue to address or not, but it can be off putting. Also the kid's play area is disgusting. There is visible filth and grime all over the area. My daughter wanted to keep playing there, but I did not want her any where near the play area once I saw how gross it was. I am going to launch a formal complaint with the health department on this matter. read more

Ordering process was very good but after that it became a incredibly frustrating experience. The girl serving us in the drive thru window, started by asking if our order was under the name "Jeff." That was not our order name but when we said no she got super short and snappy. We then told her our order name and she snapped "yea yea I know" as if she did not just ask us if we were someone else. She proceeded to not give us our receipt when we had asked for it and once we left, we noticed they did not give us any of our sauces. Favorite fast food joint! Because it's real chicken! Also they always get my order right down to the correct number of sauce packets and plenty of napkins. Food is piping hot and delicious as always. I have been here dozens of times over the past 12 years. The service is always great and managers very friendly. The GM has been there for the entire time. The parking situation is a disaster! The drive-thru backs up onto the road so you can't pull into the lot. Use the 2nd lot if you are lucky to find a space or park by the office building. Don't come in on Merten - come in the street past. I am an A-Lister at Chick-Fil_A because I come here so often. Calendars are great deals with the monthly perks. They regularly offer free breakfast deals. Now it is on Wednesdays. On the rare occasion my sandwich or fries wasn't warm enough, they were happy to replace. Never go wrong with a Chick-Fil-A sandwich or salad. Milkshakes are great! Kids love this place. I can do without them running around but it's better quality than Mcdonalds and has a playground. If you're looking for a fast food restaurant with some pizzazz, this place is it. Out of all the fast food joints, Chick-fil-A seems to present itself as one of the healthier options. In fact, I don't think I have ever been here when the line hasn't been wrapped around the building (word gets out!). The great thing is, they handle the crowd well. The drive-through line does go pretty quickly. On days when it is packed, they will even open up another drive-through lane to help speed up the process. They are also very polite! What other restaurant greets you with the question of 'how may I serve you'? I have always been helped, and the employees have always gone the extra mile. I'm greeted with a smile even when they are busy. On their menu, they tell you the calorie count. They also call out all grilled items, referencing a healthier option. For kids (and adults too!) you can substitute fruit or juice for your meal to make it even healthier. I'm also a huge fan that they allow their employees to have a day off on Sunday to spend with their families. This company seems to take a value in their beliefs and even manages to serve quality food with a smile. I would totally recommend! read more

I have been working near this location and eating here pretty regularly for over 5 years. I have never had a bad experience! Chick Fil A is one of the best fast food options in my opinion. The food is higher quality than anywhere else off the top of my head. The drive thru line here is always fast. During lunch rush they often have a second line open. Even when the line is out to the street I've never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for my food. Inside is much the same. During lunch it can be quite busy, but the team is surprisingly quick. The employees are always polite. I often have to feed anywhere between 15-40 people at work. Chick Fil A is always a crowd-pleaser. I use the website to order a few days in advance (if you try to do it to soon before you need it their drivers may be booked up). They have great trays or boxed lunch options, and they're very reasonable compared to a lot of other restaurant caterers. Delivery is always on time and they set it up with a smile.
