By far the worst chicken I've ever had at a KFC. I'm traveling and thought I'd stop in (at lunch) for a hearty lunch. Boy was I wrong!! The chicken was completely tasteless. No seasoning, breading was soggy and it was full of grease. The staff was nice enough and the restaurant appeared clean. The food just sucks! Don't waste your time or money here it isn't worth it!!! The service is slow even when nobody else is there (which there hardly is anybody ever there), and they tend to forget stuff from your order. The food tastes terrible and old ..... there is a super high chance you will get sick when eating here also!!! Also for reference I've had both the tenders and the bone-in chicken, mashed potatoes with and without gravy and biscuits. (the most basic things from there) All of it just all of it was nasty like they couldn't even get mashed potatoes right!!!!! FR I'm sorry but no just NO probably will not be back here for sometime, already haven't been back there for a while! Ordered 8pc & 8 tender Fill up and not only was the order wrong but missing several item. i ordered mashed potatoes no gravy in addition to the potatoes that comes with the meal, what i got was 2 mashed potatoes swimming in gravy, NO BISCUITS were in my bag, there was 7 pcs of chicken not 8 snd 7 tenders not 8! first i had to return to the store because there were no tenders in my bag so i had to drive back up there, then i get back to Hamilton AL 30 miles away and find food missing. the counter person acted lije it was funny they left out the tender, he was probably laughing because he knew there was no biscuits in my bag. i will not ever spend another dime at Fulton MS KFC and i will tell everyone i know not to go to Fulton Ms kfc save your $35 and buy yourself a steak dinner!! read more

For the 4th time in a row, they have been out of pot pies. I placed an online order for two just this evening to be ready at 6:15, when I got there they knew nothing about the order. And of course they were out of pot pies. I spoke to a manager two weeks ago who informed me that they were not allowed to run out of pot pies especially this month for they are on sale. There's always the excuse, sorry we're out, but if you want one it will be 23 minutes. A month ago I went through the drive-through and was told just that I said OK I will be back to get 2, when I arrived 23 1/2 minutes later and the two that they cooked had already been sold already. Horrible customer service and if that is really their policy to never run out of pot pies, corporate should be aware that they are out all the time. read more

Wow. We are traveling through and stopped in for dinner. Not only is it extremely hot in there, but they kept erasing the orders off their boards for the sake of time. The problem was they couldn't get orders right! It took them 4 times and more than twenty minutes to get our order right AND had to re-ring it up twice. They were also calling out orders with no receipt numbers, so guests were confused as to whose order was whose. On a different note, please invest in a baby changing station and a clean mop for future customers. It won't be us. read more

I really don't like having to leave negative reviews but I have to be honest. Decided to have dinner at this particular KFC recently and will have a hard time going back for a while. I got one of the $5 meals with chicken tenders, biscuit, and potatoes. Not really sure which of those items was bad but within 20 minutes of eating my meal I became sick. I am not a sickly person and almost never, and I mean never get truly sick. Whatever it was must have been bad for a while or not properly stored. The over all dining experience and staff was fine but something in the food was not. Hopefully it was just an isolated incident. read more

KFC ruined my and my family's Friday night. I went in and ordered the meal to go. I sat down and waited until I was told it was ready. I picked up the two bags that they gave me and drove home. (30 minutes away) Once home I discovered that the 12 piece order of tenders and the biscuits were not there. I called the KFC and the manager told me that "I" had forgot a bag. I had to insist to her that I did not forget the bag, but they did not give it to me. First she said to come back and they would give it to me and that they would give me 3 extra tenders. I told her that giving me 3 tenders would not make up for me having drive another hour that it would take me to get there and back home again causing my kids to have to wait another hour to eat. She then said she would give me my money back for the Tenders and I said ok. I drove back and she gave me my money back for the missing food, but I also expected her to give me the food they had left off. She said no, she could not do that. So after getting my money back I then had to re-order the food they had not given me and pay for it again. And once again after I got home an hour later I found that they had not given me the biscuits. Again...... Worst KFC ever..... What was going to be a movie night with some KFC turned into the kids waiting until bedtime before they could eat, and no time for movies. read more
