Did a mobile order for curbside service and they shorted the order had to go in the store to get order right and by the time they made what they shorted the food was cold and ask for additional sauce and they were like we have to charge for that and I'm like are you serious after all this you want to charge me for some sauce I should have just got the whole order refunded read more

Sat and waited for over 30 minutes at curbside for literally just a Big Mac after 30 minutes of sitting in my car I drove around and told them I had a mobile order gave them the name and they said I needed the code told them I didn't have one and that it was curbside continued to give me and Attitude as if they didn't want to be there. OMG.. this place is a hot mess! They can't handle the 5 customers in the place. The restrooms are a disaster! The large coffee that I received was 3/4 full and room temp. The manager if there is one should be fired immediately. The kid at the counter needs to be trained and or completely retrained. The kiosk is the smartest employee here.. Placed our order, took forever. Fries were cold, burgers were wrong, got 3 nuggets in my daughters 4 piece. The entire staff was so polite! Excellent customer service, the food was made fresh and fast! This was less than a 5 minute stop on our way out of town. Would definitely stop here again for a quick drive-thru run while traveling. read more

Wow, I don't recommend this McDonald's to no one . for one not enough staff working. The ones that were got ugly with the customers. I waited at least 30 minutes for my food. There were people standing there before I came in that got there food when I got mine. The lady working counter was hollering and cussing at customers. She threw my food in the bag. I have been to this local McDonalds on several occasions and have been dissapointed with the food. Burgers are dry and old.. I ordered chicken selects and they were hard and rubbery.. The WORST McDonald we have ever stopped at. The men's restroom was so filthy my husband couldn't use it. The cashier taking our order was a older lady and didn't seem to know what she was doing. They have some machine in there to take your order-pain staking not customers friendly so we used the cashier. Took so long to get our order take out order I went back in the store thinking maybe I misunderstood where we were eating. Got order don't know how old my fries were but they weren't eatable any longer. No trash cans outside the restaurant for your trash. Health department needs to check out this place. Would skip this place off I-22 just be disappointed. read more

This place is great! It's fast and the workers are friendly! I go here just about everyday the food is always hot and ready fast. They also have very clean restrooms and tables. They serve you faster than expected. If you are hungry for fast food this is definitely the place to go... I promise you won't go wrong with McDonald's. Lady was rude at drive-thru, ask about the Mcrib combo and the extra one for $1.00. and was told they didn't have the one for a $1.00.Told her " I thought all mcdonalds had the same thing" she said " pull around," Took my money an gave my change and closed the window without saying a word. Fultons is the only one in our area that does not offer that. guess the manager trying to make more money. This is the WORST McDonald's ever. We travel half way across the country twice a year and frequent fast food restaurants often. We waited 10 minutes to place the order and waited an additional 24 minutes to receive our order. The workers did not say anything other than call our number when the order was ready...not even a "sorry for your wait". The biscuits were hard, egg mcmuffin was dry, and the sausage mcmuffin was burned a little. Where is the owner or the manager? Do they not have pride in their store? I'm guessing their customers are tourists...that's probably why they stay in business. I can't imagine they have repeat local customers. Our experience was on a Sunday at 9:15am. Oh, and there was a french fry on the floor...AT 9:15AM!!! Shame on the owner and manager. This place is highlighted on my map to never come back. read more

Yeah, we're not loving it. They remodeled the building a couple of years ago but that didn't help what goes on inside. They have the AC cranking so hard that it's miserable cold to be in the dining room. What goes on behind the counter just looks like a circus. The wait wouldn't be as bad if the food was good (and correct). Don't make the mistake of going through the drive-thru and leaving without checking your bag first. read more

While driving from Memphis to Birmingham we made the mistake of stopping by this McDonald's. We had our window rolled up BC there was someone smoking near the front of the building and didn't want to smell it. The manager opens the window and immediately banged on our car for us to roll the window down!
