The skin was cold, dark with grease and no crunch at all. It was also overcooked, which is a sign that it had been sitting in their stupid oven thing. So yeah, they lied. Also, all their sides are horrible now. Do you remember the days when they used to have beautiful mashed potatoes, gravy baked beans, delicious orange coloured macaroni, salad, and the nice light green coleslaw? Man, do I miss those sides? I am older but back in my day they used to serve it with a nice soft piece of bread on top. That's been gone for a long time. Now the sides are terrible. I don't even order them ever. I just felt like making a point. I'm sure that the corporate people will never read this and the people who are supposed to respond to them will never tell them. Frankly, I can understand it because I'm sure they won't care. Not to sound negative, but the reality is the younger generation never had the good Kentucky fried chicken so they don't know the difference. It's not their fault. The pizza has been delicious both times, we need to learn to order a small because we always overeat or bring home leftovers. The breadsticks come in a 5ct and they are all stuck together so when they are over cooked, they are hard to pull apart. They taste just like I remember though!
