Sorry but last time i went to this area there was a employee (male) digging in his nose and touched my food and served it to me.

First time I went there about six months ago it was very good. I went there again two months ago and the boneless chicken was just huge pieces of discontorted chicken with a lot of breading and a bit dry. read more

Horrible experience. Ordered online, which said order would be ready in 25 minutes. Went to pick up food and was told there were 8 orders in front of me. Talked to a guy who told me he had been waiting 1.5 hours for his food and showed me what time he ordered it. Talked to another guy who waited an hour, got no food and then an hour for a refund. Went home, got a text an hour later that food was ready. Went to pick up my order and the large mac n' cheese was only half full. Asked worker and she said if you want it full, we have to make more, and no refund for getting a half order. All food was cold, order was wrong, and wings were very tough. Extremely dirty mid day Friday despite no one there. Floors covered in oil. They forgot my pickles and ranch.

Went in the wait was 40 minutes, they were selling their combos but the drink machine wasn't working and didn't want to compensate for not having drinks, credit card machine wasn't working, the only thing good was they had wings, but they didn't taste that good. This was the worst experience that I ever had at wings snob is at the one in Richmond. Asked for manager and she had a attitude. Never again. I don't recommend any one go there if they don't have to. read more

The boneless wings are the way to go 100% sometime the size fluctuates however they are always phenomenal. I've tried almost everything on the menu and the cheese fries are a stand out. The street corn is so so and the cornbread could be better. The mini chicken sandwich was nothing special. The bone in wings were good but not as good as the boneless. read more

Great service Kayla B is as awesome! She was so helpful and friendly! We had never been there and she talked us through the menu and extras and what we could add on. She was great. We ended up with 30 wings in 3 flavors and can't wait to get home and eat them! read more

New addition to the restaurant choices in Richmond, which is great! Went here today as they just opened this past Tuesday. Establishment was clean & employees were friendly. I felt they were efficient at serving customers & calling out orders, which sometimes isn't the case when a restaurant first opens. I only purchased two orders of six bone in wings with their Garlic Parm & their Snobby Q. I thought it was a bit pricey as it was $8.99 for six bone in wings. I believe they have deals on Tuesdays & Wednesdays, which I'll be sure to visit on one of those days in the near future. Both flavors were yummy, my favorite being the garlic parm. The Snobby Q was sweet with a little zip to it. Will try their fries next time. read more

Great place for delicious crispy wings. Too many flavors to mention..all yummy fries are perfect, again so many choices! Surprisingly good corn bread and mac n cheese. Love the daily specials! Not a bad place in Richmond. I was admittedly hesitant to try, but once I did, I saw how fresh the product was. Great, intense sauces and perfectly cooked chicken (again, fresh). Service was quick and super friendly. Great feature, too, that they text at the moment your food is ready. My only knock on the menu is the Nashville Hot chicken...it's a vague dry rub. Not the sauced up Nashville Hot one would expect...are they still working on the sauce?? Inside the restaurant is a bit stark, with black walls and not much decor, but hey, you came in for chicken wings. Good overall and now part of my rotation. read more

First time being here. The service was alright. Lady that helped us didn't seem thrilled to be there. Lots of good options on the menu. Wife and I got 6 wings each, pretzel bites, street corn and flavored fries. The sides were really good. No complaints on those. But the wings, which is the main reason you go to a wing place, were terrible. Dry on the outside and even more dry on the inside. 1/5 stars on those. read more

Disappointed. The service is slow waited about 20 minutes and pricey about $15.00 for a meal (6 boneless wings, fries and drink) The wings were not completely sauced and the fries had no seasoning (salt). The food was edible just nothing special for the money. No use complaining about it, there are better choices. read more

Food is good value and I the workers just have a good vibe to them. Hope this place does well!
