The AI will not answer questions and shut off when you are not finished. You can try and ask to add to order but it is just silence. I wanted a veggie plate which I believe is 4 veggies but it's not on menu so not sure. I ended up with two macaroni's one pinto bean and not a 4th veggie. The staff also got my wife order wrong for two piece chicken when she told the guy face to face which pieces, how is that even possible. For all they got wrong or left out of bag the workers were amiable to make corrections. Most of the younger attendants don't pay attention or even care to make sure they are giving out the right orders. The only time I go to the store and don't get treated with disrespect is when the older lady & gentleman are working. The kids need to be trained properly on how to handle customers and provide good customer service. I would provide his name but they apparently don't have to wear name tags, making it easier for them to treat people in a disrespectful manner.

Finally, I wonder if perhaps the speaker is broken. I drive around and park, make my way inside. A young woman is standing doing nothing (there are *NO* people in line at the counter) while an older woman is mopping the lobby floor. When I ask about the drive-thru, the young woman tells me that it isn't her job. I said, "What!" Apparently the person who usually responds to the drive-thru was in the bathroom, indisposed. Guess that wasn't her job either. Last straw-- though opened immediately, the burger meat was cold, the fries were barely warm (thus chewy). Bottom line... $11 worth of aggravation and inedible food.
