After driving all day, I took the food back to my motel room, only to discover that the chicken was raw in the middle. I had to throw it away and go without dinner. I contacted Popeyes corporate to request a refund or credit, but they refused to help unless I could provide a picture of the raw sandwich -- which is unreasonable, considering most people don't think to photograph unsafe food before throwing it out. This was a complete failure in food safety, customer service, and accountability. I will never buy food from a Popeyes location again.
