Apparently my experience is not unusual now that I see the other reviews. I waited a few minutes at the drive-thru speaker with no response whatsoever. Finally, I wonder if perhaps the speaker is broken. I drive around and park, make my way inside. A young woman is standing doing nothing (there are *NO* people in line at the counter) while an older woman is mopping the lobby floor. When I ask about the drive-thru, the young woman tells me that it isn't her job. I said, "What!" Apparently the person who usually responds to the drive-thru was in the bathroom, indisposed. I asked the clerk, "so why didn't you answer it?" Her response (with some serious attitude): "I'm not doing HER job." Her behavior left me speechless. To be so rude, so lazy, and treat a customer that way. She grudgingly took my order, handed me a receipt and stood back with her arms crossed. The older woman stopped mopping, went to the food prep area to package up my burger, then to French fry station. Apparently the younger woman also could not even manage to scoop some fries. Guess that wasn't her job either. Last straw-- though opened immediately, the burger meat was cold, the fries were barely warm (thus chewy). Bottom line... $11 worth of aggravation and inedible food. All the fries and most of the burger went into the trash. Truly pathetic. read more

Bring the kids! The entire floor of this place is like an ice skating rink. It was so greasy it was difficult to stand still. They were out of almost everything, Including ketchup. Ordered two whoppers and they screwed both of them up (even though there was not a single other person there). Fries were ok! read more

Worst service ever!!! Went to the drive thru, ordered my food, they were out of chicken? OK no problem. Paid cash because the sign said exact change. I hand3d the money to the cashier and she dropped the cash out of the window and she said you better go get your money! Excuse me! No you better run your ass out here and get it yourself you dropped it! Then she handed me the drink, the lid didn't fit and it spilled on.me. I asked for a lid and she said no you have one!!! Rudest people ever work there! If the drive thru is closed put up a sign or at least come on the speaker to tell people your not taking orders thru the drive thru! If you don't have employees to work shut down! read more

Cashier had nasty attitude. Started an order at the drive thru and went silent. I waited a minute still no response. I thought maybe something was wrong with speaker so I pulled around. After coming up to the window I explained to the cashier that I was trying to FINISH placing my order and no one was answering, her response was "yeah I was talking to someone else" so I guess it's more important to continue on your conversation with a coworker than to do YOUR JOB and provide service to a customer. The absolute worst service ever!!! Took almost 30 minutes waiting in line to order .... We only wanted two drinks! 30 minutes to sit at the order menu for another ten minutes waiting to give our order. Gave order one large sprite and one large Powerade or Gatorade... they said we don't have that! Which one? They said Gatorade/Powerade. So I said give me two large sprites then. They said pull around. I paid they handed me one Large drink with a coffee stir straw!?' And didn't give me my change!!! Y'all suck and should close it's a serious waste of space and time!! Just left Newberry South Carolina Burger King we pulled up to the window to make an order the girl answers she said wait a few minutes. We sat there waiting and watching Huge wasps flying around they never came back to take our order. We pulled up to the window they were all standing around inside arms folded talking to each other. They do not need to be working there they are intentionally causing a business to fail because they're not putting any effort into operating or supporting Burger King or the customers. If you want good service and food. DON'T go to this store. It is horrible food tasted like crap. Service was horrible. They left us in store alone after taking our order to talk to family outside. They locked doors the closed the store at 1:30 in the afternoon. They were turning people away from drive thru. Lazy people not wanting to work. read more

This Burger King sucks. Over 40 minutes to get food and it was cold. So poorly run. What the hell are they doing? The I get home and they didn't even fill the order. Two burgers short and no napkins. Service was slow from the oder to getting food in hand. Had 3 people behind me drive off waiting to place order. Food was cold and sloppy put together. Will not go back some people have jobs to do and can't wait all day on food. Need better management and workers. Just sorry read more

We arrived for lunch and the employees just seemed like they didn't want to be there (I get that, I work food service) buts it's your job to at least have a smile and be friendly.. short, cold, and quiet responses when I asked questions... I wanted an icee and she just stared at me and didn't inform the the icee machine was down.. most of the drinks from the soda fountain were out, and the ice dispenser/maker wasn't working. Food was cold and bland, no salt on the fries, burgers dried out, and just poorly made. Mostly upset about the lack of communication with these issues... just a quick, "thank you for choosing Burger King, unfortunately our icee machine is out of service at the moment and we have ran out of a few soda options, if you have any questions I would be happy to help." But I didn't get probably more than 10 words from the employee helping me total.. I understand covid and shortages but that doesn't excuse poor customer service... I am happy to wait for food to come out hot, I am happy to choose new items if what I wanted originally is unavailable.. But I just wasn't given any options or information.. I also discovered before writing this review that this wasn't a one off thing, there are reviews of the poor service at this location from even before COVID. read more

Service was fast, food was correct and good/hot, drive thru personnel was friendly, smiling, efficient. I read the two negative reviews before stopping here but my husband and I decided to go anyway because we really wanted Burger King. I'm glad we did, they must have improved greatly since these reviews were written! read more

Hands down worst Burger King on the east coast. After waiting 10 minutes at the drive-thru we decided to go inside only to wait another 20 minutes for a messed up order that wasn't even sub par.
