Last night, we pulled up before 9pm, and the voice on the speaker sounded high out of his mind: "Uh, yeah?" We asked for an 8‑piece original meal. No answer. Minutes later: "...yeah, go ahead." We repeated the order clearly. Silence. When we asked if he was still there, he snickered and said "uh huh, go ahead," followed by coughing and what sounded like a muted headset. Meanwhile, employees were ducking behind walls, laughing, and hiding from cars. Oookay... McDonald's it is, then, I guess?! We don't go here often, but we've been here enough over the years to confidently say this isn't a one‑time issue. It's a pattern. And it's not just us, we CONSTANTLY see other customers frustrated, repeating their orders, being told to pull forward because something went wrong, or laughing nervously because the employees are so rude and unprofessional. This location has a great legacy in Kentucky, but the current staff does not care AT ALL. If it's late at night or anywhere near dinner time, good luck. The employees act like serving chicken is a personal insult to them. This place is absolute chaos, and it's honestly shocking it's allowed to operate like this. Absolute Trash.
