I usually try my best not to let people's rude, condescending behavior bother me. However, in this case, I have time today and think it's important for people to be aware that in the service industry, not every customer deserves the level of disrespect I just dealt with from the evening shift manager on 5/19/26 around 5:40 PM. I placed an online pickup order and arrived to an empty drive-thru line. I gave the name on my order and was told, "We're dropping the fries now, can you come inside?" I explained that I had an infant in the car. The response was for me to either come inside or drive back around in 3-5 minutes because the fries weren't done. I asked if they were serious and if they could simply remove the fries so I could take the rest of my order. That's when another employee, who later identified herself as the manager, came over the intercom with an unnecessarily rude and dismissive tone telling me no, because the order was placed online, I either needed to come inside or circle back around. So I parked, got my infant out of the car seat, and went inside carrying my baby. I stood directly in front of the online pickup counter while this same manager loudly called my name from behind the counter, despite clearly knowing who I was. Mind you, the fries still had not even been dropped yet at that point. She then walked over to me, asked for the name on the order again, and loudly stated, "We need a few minutes, it's not ready." Once the order was finally ready, she asked to see my confirmation before handing it over. Hopefully that's a standard practice for every customer and not selective behavior, because otherwise I'm not sure how someone would magically know there's an online order for Ashley waiting. I then asked if she was the manager, and she said yes. Here's the thing: whatever irritation, frustration, or personal issue was going on did not justify the way I was spoken to or treated. Being busy is one thing. Being unnecessarily rude and dismissive to customers is another. I've worked with the public long enough to know that attitude starts at the top, and the way this interaction was handled speaks volumes about the type of leadership being displayed. Not that losing me as a customer matters much in the grand scheme of things, but your attitude was ugly, unnecessary, and completely uncalled for. read more

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent order I placed through the KFC app. I ordered three chicken sandwiches and specifically requested that all of them be made without mayonnaise. Because one of my children has an allergy to mayonnaise, I went inside the restaurant personally to confirm the sandwiches had been prepared correctly before leaving. After checking the order, I found that mayonnaise had been added to all three sandwiches despite the special instructions clearly stating otherwise. I brought this to the staff's attention, and I was told the sandwiches would be remade. However, when I checked them again, it appeared that the mayonnaise had simply been wiped off rather than the sandwiches being freshly prepared. This was extremely concerning, especially given that this involved a food allergy and could have caused a serious health issue. I expect much better attention to customer safety and food handling, especially when special dietary requests are involved. I went through the drive-through twice trying to order the new wings. The first time I was told to come back in 30 minutes because the cook was on break. The second time the employee told me I would need to come inside and wait 20 minutes, but the way it was said came across as rude. The food might be good, but the service was not. It's your typical KFC. You walk in and order on the self serve kiosk. It's pretty self explanatory. They do take your order at a register if you prefer that. I was in and out, 10 minutes and got my food. Good service. Clean establishment as well, the floors were a little sticky however. They have a small waiting area by the registers. Ordered food from here through doordash, I know when I receive my food I don't expect it to still be hot, but I still expect to have good quality food. When I bit into my sandwich it was hard felt like I was eating plastic so I went heated it up and still when I bit into it a second time it felt like plastic so I ripped open the chicken and it might be hard to see through the camera but you definitely can see it in real life the smaller piece of chicken is grey! It's completely inedible and the chicken is grey! At least my chicken nuggets were good but my sandwich? Trash. Not to mention I heated up my biscuit too and it's just not getting any better for me. Ordered pick up, and figured since I live down the street I could just walk nothing crazy just 10 minutes walk, I got there at 9pm exactly and lobby was closed but nothing specified that lobby will be closed a whole hour before closing time of the place itself, tried calling to see if possible they just just open doors and just hand to me really quickly lord and behold 10 calls no answers very inconvenient to have to walk all the way back just to drive back and very inconvenient that they don't even pick up their phones ! Horrible employees especially the cashier/team member Kaitlyn!! No customer service whatsoever. They always lock the doors inside and close early. I have gone there several times on different days at different times and everything I go they never have food ready, they are always out of ingredients, buns for a sandwich, bacon for a double down, Mac n cheese for the bowls, and if not out they say it will take 15 minutes to cook. The menu is not that extensive, you would think they would have the food ready for the dinner rush hour. I have been here a handful of times, 3x I had to leave because they were not selling buckets of chicken. This is so frustrating! I went there today and the same thing oh sorry we are not selling any buckets of chicken.... Really they do this too often whoever orders needs help doing so.
