I then waited almost 20 minutes to get my order. Now, understand that they were not overly busy. In fact, when I arrived there were only a few people awaiting food. Everyone else was already served. (2 tables). They only have 6 tables. I finally got my order and left for home. Much to my dismay, the meal was not what I expected for the loooong wait and high price. My half Philly was about 4 inches long and I had barely a handful of fries. I don't understand how they could have been such a hit with their food truck with such paltry portions and long wait times. BBQ tends to blend together after a while, but theirs stood out, good flavor without being overpowering, something for everybody. I got the smoked turkey sandwich and the turkey was so tender and juicy I almost ordered a second one, even though the first was plenty filling. I'd be back here in a heartbeat if I'm ever down this direction again.
