I went to KFC on 5/4/2026 and ordered the #8 Big box which is 5 tenders with 2 sides. I got home and only 3 tenders were in the box. The week before, I ordered the same thing and the tenders were so small a little kid could have ate all 5 of them. Be careful about your order check it before you leave. read more

I want to start by saying this review is reflective of a management problem at this location. Your workers are only as good as their leaders. The guy who brought out our food was apologetic so that's a good mark to him. I have tried this location on a few occasions hoping something would change between visits but it's not happening. Each time they have been out of items and don't tell you until you get your bag and they decided to replace it with something else without consent. This particular visit we ordered through the app. Order was supposed to be ready by 9:15pm. We left the parking lot after 10pm. Once we got our food, I asked the worker if they had pot pies and he said no, they had given us something else which he thinks was a famous bowl. We get home to find that instead of giving my wife a drumstick and thigh it was three drumsticks (again, didn't ask if we wanted something different, just replaced at their own desire). There was no compensation or care that we had to wait an extra 45 mins for our food at a fast food drive thru! This place should be shut down. Don't waste your time or money, go to canes down the road. Less options but better place. read more

I hate having to pull around an sit in the dark parking lot to wait for my food when no one is behind me. We know y'all are slow, be prepared or pick up the pace. Cheating the time clock doesn't fool anyone when you're not profitable. Combos are a good value. Food seems fresh and is usually hot. The Fountian drinks are heavier on the syrup than I like. Sometimes you have to wait for crispy or original if they aren't premade even during peak hours. Occasionally the speaker is out if order without a notice and that's really inconsiderate. I like the chicken mini go cup. Its just the right size portions for me and my daughter likes it too. read more

This place made our day, simply because of the service. Pulling up to the drive through you can expect to be rushed, but not this time! This individual stood out with his calmness and politeness, as we pulled to the window it continued with a smile. And for that KFC Management you have outdone yourself with the hiring of this individual. This place is filthy dirty and the food was terrible I'll never go back into this restaurant again I couldn't believe how dirty it was inside. Someone from corporate office really needs to come down and inspect this property and do some serious cleaning. The chicken was so greasy I had to throw half of it away. I got home and my sister informed me that this location is known for its issues and the last time she went inside this KFC location to order a rat ran across the floor and she left. Too bad I did not know about that before I went and wasted my money today on this place! read more

One star because I don't think you can give a "no star". I have tried this location 3 times over 3 years and swear it will be the last time. They are consistent. Awful place...limited selection, expensive for the quality, and just dirty...seriously one of the biggest mistakes of my life choosing the place to subdue my appetite...I haven't made a whole lot of mistakes...anyway the only reason for the two stars was the lady at the window...she's was super nice...send her ass to Wendy's on MacArthur and that place would thrive. read more

I am very upset. I have been to this store many times. Today, they forgot the extra coleslaw I ordered. I got all the way home before realizing the coleslaw was missing. I drove back in the rain to get my paid for coleslaw. I asked for a complimentary breast for my trouble and the one in charge (6/5/19 @ 6:00 p.m.) said she couldn't do that. So, I said I would write a bad review. Seeing this store has an average 1.5 star approval rating, I would think they would have complied with my request. Don't you agree, Corporate????? read more

Absolutely awful and extremely rude. Went on Friday night at 8:00 and was told it would b a 30 minute wait on ANY chicken. There was no one inside or in the drive thru, now I know why. The sign says it's a combo A&W/KFC, so we ordered from the A&W menu at the drive thru. We were told "we will not be filling A&W." Had to clarify that means food and drinks. Went there this Friday evening and what a disaster! Slower than average service. Order was simple, 2 of the $5 pot pie meals with peach shakes. Pot pies were given to us at the window and we were told to pull around and they would bring our shakes out. After waiting almost 10 minutes we went inside to see what the hold up was. The entire dining room was a mess! The workers were taking their sweet time doing everything and no one had gloves on! Our shakes had not even been started. We asked for a refund on the shakes and went on our way. Management needs to step it up and see to it that the staff is doing their jobs. Nasty, made me nervous to even eat my pot pie. read more

I went through the drive thru and was asked to pull around to the front since they were just making a fresh batch of chicken and there was someone behind me. Not a big deal, except i visted this place another day and the person in front of me must have been ordering for 100. She literally took 20 mins minimum and they didnt ask her to pull around. Then even after she received her food she pulled up slightly and parked! Blocking the exit! then when i was leaving she pulled up some more and parked again! i had to honk. Maybe the people here should practice competency.....or just plain common sense. read more

I just don't understand how there could be 7 employees and not ONE could step out to the dining room to clean up! One simple job and they can't seem to do it! Not worth the ridiculous wait. Chicken was soggy, coleslaw bland and macaroni watery. After a 30 minute wait food was beyond disappointing.

This is the worst. They can't get orders correct on three visits in a row. Last visit the food wasn't edible. It tasted like the fries and chicken were cooked in burnt oil, It was horrible. We will never return and suggest you go to Churches or Popeyes chicken. read more
