Went with my boyfriend a few days ago to get a late night bite. The workers were so sweet and so funny. They definitely look like they were making the best out of working the night shift. If I could give 0 stars I would. Late review but whomever was working valentines night in the drive thru. You're being paid to be nice! The attitude wasn't necessary, and I ended up just going somewhere else. Also I understand it was a holiday, but ya girl WORKED a 15 hour shift ON HER FEET and still went to the gym! Absolutely horrible service. You only get one star because I can't leave zero. My wife took our granddaughter there for lunch today (08/02/25). She ordered a burger combo for herself. Behind the cashier is a sign that says you can add a child's meal for $4 with the purchase of an adult meal. She was charged $6.80 for our granddaughter's meal. When the food was brought to the table, there was no patty on my wife's burger. How do you forget the patty? She took the tray back to the counter and showed the employee, the employee said "I'll need to see your receipt" Seriously? But my wife showed her receipt and was told "OK we'll bring you a fresh meal" When the second tray come out, it was just the burger. When my wife asked about the fries, she was told "You already got your fries". No, she was told that she would get a fresh meal. read more

Service was fantastic at this location! Kiosks were available for ordering, but we were still greeted when coming in and were offered help. Ordering was easy. When our food came out, the lady working filled up our drinks and brought them to us as well. Made for a nice, quick lunch. read more

Not to be confused with Notaburger, which serves, well, not burgers. So there's not a lot of great food to eat in Beaumont and Port Arthur, but if you look around you can find some good stuff, such as the gyro shop near here. Absolutely amazing stuff. So I wouldn't say we're big fans of coming here but in this small town late at night, Whataburger can be a real blessing and at least it's from Texas. Their Pico De Gallo limited edition burger is amaizng. read more

Went in at 10 am on a Sunday morning. Not busy in the dining room, about five cars in drive thru. Lots of staff standing around as a line forms behind my family. Multiple employees working the drive through or the dining room....none take our order. One comes out, looks at us, turns back around. And then finally this guy walks up to the counter, doesn't apologize for the wait, wearing a facial expression that he gives absolutely zero cares or anything else and just says "what can we get you?" Usually you get fantastic service at Whataburger. Whoever runs this one and hires folks needs to do a better job, because the employees just don't care. read more

One of the worst whataburgers I have been to, they never prepare the food as you order it. Always something missing, I ordered a salad and what they put in it was the regular lettuce they use for their burgers, my salad wasnt complete I was missing the apple slices my spring mix salad and of course my dressing as always, very disappointing. Tried this Whataburger location a couple of years ago. I think I left a 1 or 2 star review. It has not improved. The food quality is poor. Burger bun was flat and smashed. Frys were so greesy I didn't even eat one. Not worth the money . I like Whataburger but not this location. read more

We've been here 3 different times of the day and they have made errors in our order. Drive thru and dine in. I believe they try hard which makes it even sadder when they miss the mark. Makes me wonder if training is the issue or lack of supervision or possibly high turn over/under staffed. Either way they sacrifice service which hurts their business. Today we ordered open faced biscuits with gravy & pancakes through the drive-thru. We explained we wanted the gravy on top of each split open biscuit but received gravy on the side. We received the pancakes without syrup, butter, silverware or napkins. Drive-thru should provide everything necessary to eat your meal. I called to notify them and no answer! I called three times! Second day they are open. Great service although they are very busy. Accurate orders and everyone has a smile on there face. Great experience as with MOST Whataburgers I encounter. This location is average. It is pretty clean and the food is good but the service is a little slow. Everyone is really nice but the orders seem to be messed up for multiple people ahead of us. Our order was correct so I didn't have an issue. I don't like that this location does not keep the condiment tray out or ketchup on the table. We had to ask multiple times to get condiments. This is my second time here and I do t recall messed up orders the first time. They have not had condiments both visits. read more

This was our first visit to the Nederland location and we were impressed on how clean it was and the great service Mrs. Elena gave us by far our best experience at a whataburger location. Our food was done in less than 5 minutes fries where hot and not too salty everything was great! We will definitely be coming back. read more
