Ordered through the Taco Bell app for "ASAP" pickup on April 21, 2026 at 7:38pm. I arrived and waited in the lobby for over an hour with no communication from staff. I tried several times to ask about my order and was ignored. Meanwhile, the drive-thru line kept moving with no apparent delays. Another customer in the lobby was also waiting on a mobile order and had been there even longer, so this didn't seem like a one-off issue. When I eventually got my food, multiple items were incorrect--I paid for extra meat on several items and did not receive it. I submitted feedback through the app immediately and still haven't received a response or refund after more than a day. Order #919818. At minimum, I expected basic communication and accuracy. As it stands, I can't recommend using mobile ordering at this location. read more

Terrible customer service, i had gotten to the line a little before they closed and was not acknowledged. The lady had waited until it hit 2 to tell me they closed when there was plenty of time to get my order in within a minute or so. They never have any good customer service when i go to this location they've argued with me before on things they had gotten wrong with my order do not recommend this location. read more

Not to be confused with Waco Hell, which is basically anything, anytime in Waco. I've only been here once and they got our order wrong. It wasn't for me so I wasn't too annoyed about it but I felt bad for her as she knew exactly what she wanted and didn't get it. What's worse is that by the time we realized and went back there, there was a long line and she insisted on not getting it fixed. I was fine with waiting but she was too mad to want to do it. wanted to dine in. walked in and found you cannot order with a live person. you must order via an ordering station. all the stations are at a lower point for shorter people. at 6' 1", I had to bend over to order. I received my food and went to set down. almost all the tables were dirty. all the trash receivers were over following with trash on floor. I watched a man enter the restaurant, walked over to the drink station, filled up his 64ox "Big Gulp" and walked out without paying. Having no employees cleaning, emptying trash, or watching the dinning area really shows. Not a pleasant dinning experience today. read more

This place sucks I got my food and sat down with my friend so he could get his food too. Unfortunately though, I was able to eat 4 quesadillas before he could get one chalupa and I waited 30 minutes before I started eating. The cooks and cashiers were just sitting in the back vaping and talking smack on people and there's old crusty food on 90% of the seats and tables. I wouldn't eat here again if my mother was dying and needed a Taco Bell soft taco to live. The food was shite too and the cooks were complaining about not having chips the whole time. I ordered the crunchwrap supreme, it was a rip off. Nothing supreme about it. Thin and only had filling on one side, a little bit of lettuce and even less tomatoes, no meat. Order only what you can see what put inside. Those workers care nothing about what they sell. This store has to be the worst Taco Bell in Texas. read more

They changed my order to what ever they had laying around. I should have checked the bag before I left the drive through but the only things they got correct was my drink and a taco. Never again will I spend money at that location. read more

Had to give a star but it doesn't deserve a star. This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to! The manager had the worst attitude and lied through her teeth. Music so loud you couldn't hear your name. Food was wrong! Didn't care about in the restaurant only drive thru! AWFUL!!!!! read more

This Taco Bell has never been more awesome! I have always had bad experiences at this Taco Bell and generally every Taco Bell. There are some new employees and they deserve a raise because they have made this place such a great experience and got my order correct and I was out of the line in less than 10 minutes! Would definitely recommend this Taco Bell as long as these employees are working it! read more

I know place is understaffed.. but our experience was ridiculous. Ordered on app at 9:25 to be eaten inside lobby. Lobby was not crowded.. one person ahead of us. I told them order name.. was given drink cups immediately. Lobby door was locked at 9:30 .. we stood there for another 30 minutes before we finally got our food. Some employees were extremely rude.. others were nice. Overall very bad experience. Will never eat there again. read more

It's updated and rather clean. I always check my order for accuracy at the window, because items are frequently missing. If I check in the parking lot they assume I'm dishonest. I wish they had a preview menu board in the line for those who decide based on price, promotions or picture... It would speed up the process. Breakfast hasn't caught on yet so that's a faster service but with a cranky crew. read more

Every time I come to this location I get home and something is missing! Trying to check your order at the window is hard to do since it's all wrapped in same wrappers. Sitting in the drive through We watched employees more worried about going outside to visit with friends who were hanging out the side door than taking care of customers.
