I think there is a difference in what medium is compared to the US so just be prepared. The first burger we got could be pulled apart in chunks because it was to us not cooked. We then got it well done - which they don't normally do - and it was great. I'm still Giving it high stats because the gentleman who worked there was so kind and felt bad we didn't like the first burgers. He also gave a list of all his Prague recommendations for us to use the rest of the trip. Our original woman waitress was not as friendly as well - but once the guy stepped in and took over to resolve the issues it was great

Only experience that would trumps Americas own franchise: quality! Really great looking and delicious. A quick bit to carry you over to your next destination or tour. If you need to use the rest room here, its best to ask one of the stuff at register first. They will print out code for you, that you must enter in order to use the rest room. High tech and pretty neat. They also provide free wifi! Huge plus for me.
