WORST KFC EVER. DONT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR. BUT THATS THE ONLY OPTION IT HAS I will never go back to KFC in Reidsville. Everytime I go there they are out of something or they never get your order correct. Tonight took the cake ME: I'll have a 12 peice tenders meal with 2 mash pot and corn. Recently, my wife and I stopped at this restaurant's drive through. My wife ordered one five dollar fill up. When we arrived at the pick up window, we were told that the pot pie wasn't ready and to park. They would bring it out in five minutes. After waiting for fifteen minutes, I walked inside. All of the employees were standing around laughing. I asked about my order and the response I received was "Oh I forgot". I should have came here first before venturing out. I give it 2 stars because of the fiasco that took place in the drive thru.I get to the intercom the lady says please come inside because the drive thru was down???? Lol SO..I pull forward and there is 3 Cars ahead of me empty...not a person in sight, so I'm trapped. Can't go forward and can't go back. So I turn my car off and go inside. I get inside and it's crazy, ppl are shouting about how can you run out of chicken???? Lol and one lady said I'm sorry but I'm trapped in the drive thru and can't get out. But ppl ignored her. Finally they got the chicken cooked and distributed. And I got to place my order for the Nashville Hot Chicken..... Mehh it was my first time having it and Im not a fan. I went to this establishment earlier today to order a 5-piece meal for two with a coupon labeling exactly what I should be getting, yet they still managed to mess it up. This hasn't been the first time I've ordered from this particular KFC, but it will probably be the last. HORRIBLE STAFF! My family and I cannot even eat here because the service is so bad [ they do not care about their jobs what-so-ever], I would give it ZERO stars if I could- EVERY SINGLE TIME WE GO THERE IS A PROBLEM! I paid about 20$ for a meal last time we went- we went through the drive through, paid, the employees asked us to pull up so we did. After waiting about 15-20 minutes I went inside, politely asked "Where is my order?" and told them I was waiting outside for it- the Manager or person in charge said " I DONT KNOW SIR, I AM SERVING MY CUSTOMERS..." completely ignoring me, generally giving me a bad attitude, and refusing to give me the food that I paid for.
