My family has been here twice in the last 30 days. The last time we came here it took about 20 minutes to get our food, which was a simple bowl. Today I had ordered our food ahead of time assuming it would be done in time however that was not the case once again. They had three employees that I could see but no sense of urgency whatsoever with five people waiting for online order pick ups. The restroom was absolutely disgusting. It appeared that they haven't cleaned it in days if not weeks. The entire dining room was filthy. Every single table was dirty and they had at least 3-4 employees standing around talking throughout our experience. They never cleaned tables or the lobby - just stood and talked. The drink machine also appeared to not have been cleaned in awhile. Overall not a great experience. The food was fine but it made us wonder if the kitchen was as gross as the rest of the place. The sad part is that from outside appearances and first glances it appears to look pretty newly built and/renovated but it was by far the worst KFC I have been in. read more

Did not get the right order, I ordered original leg and thighs and got extra crispy wings and breast and chicken was cold and dry and the sides were very small when I ordered large. The service was bad, not friendly at all and felt we were inconvenient to them. It took a while for someone to wait on me to pickup my order.The place was a bit dirty. Soda was spilled and not cleaned up. Tables are dirty and trash was full. I will never go there again and will tell people to not go there. read more

Who ever was working the window on September 16th around late 2pm NEEDS to be fired. It was almost like he was on drugs while working or something & on top of that he was extremely rude. All I asked for was a nugget combo & he didn't care to know what sauce I wanted or what drink I wanted. Then I get my order & open the bag to find the biscuits just thrown in there with no box or wrapper. That's gross & unsanitary. I bet they didn't even wear gloves in there. There's no drive through so I went in and orders a #3. The guy at the cash register was nice and professional. Food came out 3mins after I ordered. Chicken was hot and and juicy. The mac and cheese was ok not the best, but still good. Was Skeptical about coming here after reading the reviews, but decided anyway. Not the best KFC experience I've ever had. I had been CRAVING fried chicken so bad. I was actually at Safeway just before and almost got their fried chicken but my husband figured we might as well get KFC if we were going to do fried chicken and I agreed because they were out of Mac n cheese at Safeway. The Mac and cheese was the worst part of our KFC meal! The Mac and cheese was even properly mixed and was burned in places...really gross. The biscuits and mashed potatoes were as expected. Got my door dash order wrong. So I had to go to the store which defeats ordering and having it delivered. When I went back they thought offering a free cake would make if you. I ordered a large mashed potatoes and gravy and I was given a small gravy and told it was a large. I've eaten there before, I know it's not a large. The chicken sandwiches that are supposed to have breast were made with tenders and was dry. Poor quality and customer service. For costing my $59, I expect better quality and service. read more

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. From the kitchen who made our food to Samantha our cashier screwed up our entire order. There is next to no gravy on my famous bowl. I am so very sad to say that everything about this KFC is terrible. We ordered a 5 piece meal to share and were so excited to dip into the fries only to find they were rock hard. I could have broken a tooth off of them. The tenders were way too salty as well. I only ate two and that's all I could stomach. Disgusting and a disgrace to the Colonel. Not only that but the service... oh man. So bad. She made us feel bad asking for sauces for our tenders and kept slamming the window and disappearing when we asked for anything. Ketchup. Slam. Honey. Today is the second time I have ordered KFC since COVID began. And it is the second time I received what tasted like yesterday's leftover chicken. 3 of 4 pieces were dried out and only one was finger lickin okay. Last time, a week ago, I experienced the same thing but thought it was a fluke. And the biscuit was also old and dried out. No napkin included in the carryout order. I probably wouldn't go to the Safford KFC again unless I had some proof they were serving fresh chicken. I know what KFC is supposed to taste like and this is not it. KFC in Safford used to be good before the new owners took over. The oil tastes like it is old. Today our chicken was dry while the coating was so greasy it was already falling off the chicken before we touched it. The staff don't care either. The food is crammed in the bags anyhow. I usually a healthy eater, and always avoid fast-food places as much as possible. However, my opinion of healthy eating changes immediately whenever I see a KFC. Their $1 snackers are the greatest! I love their french-fries, and I love the the restaurant environment. But in the end, KFC is still fast-food in the end. It's personally a fast-food restaurant that I enjoy going to when I get the chance, but it difficult for me to recommend KFC to others, because it's not healthy and don't believe anyone should eat this type of food all the time. Overall: I personally love KFC, and their $1 Snackers and french-fries, but wouldn't recommend it to everyone. read more

Wow what a horrible experience. I ordered the country fried steak and the gravy looked like white water. I returned it and they made a new one with normal looking gravy. Then as I was eating my coleslaw I found a piece of plastic in it. When I mentioned that they just gave me another thing of coleslaw with some attitude. Very disappointed! read more

I went to this KFC knowing that it was only 1.5 stars, but yet I was optimistic. I really shouldn't have been. I ordered an 8 piece chicken, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, and of course biscuits. Every piece of the chicken was half way fried and half mushy batter, the mac and cheese tasted like macaroni salad, and the mashed potatoes were unsatisfactory.
