To start out they forgot one of my large sides. Luckily I checked before I left. The chicken was not very good. I had orded extra crispy and only some of it was. Took 20 minutes to get 2 meals, forgot an item we paid for and forgot utencils. Multiple times in a row the service has been garbage.

Incompetent service The online order was about 20 minutes late. They put my order in the "delivery" section with the receipt tag for a different order so I didn't know it was mine. I asked for an update 15 minutes after that and they told me the delivery order with the wrong tag was mine. They also didn't have the drinks ready that I ordered. By the time I got home, the food was all cold. We also didn't the sauces that were supposed to be included in the order. The staff was not very friendly and they were moving at a snail's pace although a woman did apologize. Will not come here again. read more

KFC on Bay Road in Saginaw Mi is one of the worst restaurants in Saginaw. The manager is a condescending idiot. I had to tell the cashier 3 times how I wanted my order; she told the manager and both times he got the order wrong. The 3rd time I asked for a refund. I requested a refund the manager directed me to look at the NEW no refund policy. Arrived at 6:09 finally left at 6:37. The chicken was poorly cooked and packaged. I paid 21.99 for 8 pieces of disgusting chicken. I will never go to KFC again. This includes the location on State St as well. This location will be closed soon. They can never get anything right on the order. Always missing sauces, sides, we even get just the wrong food in general. We've even gone back inside to get the order corrected then get back to the car to find it's STILL wrong. At that point we're so hungry we just say whatever & eat the wrong order/incomplete order. We let things slide because we get that people have bad days & make mistakes, but the last 5-6 visits my boyfriend & I have had nothing but horrible experiences. **Food poisoning** Me and my boyfriend decided to get KFC from here for lunch yesterday first off they forgot the silverware, sauces, and the cookie that came with the meal I ordered. My boyfriend ordered chicken tenders and after eating them he began to feel lightheaded and nausea. These symptoms lasted for about the whole day. Was not impressed with getting food from this place. Waited 30 mins to order my food through the drive thru. Ordered 2 Mac and Cheese bowls. One bowl had 7 chicken pieces. The other bowl the same if not a few pieces more. Food was cold when I started eating. I'm very disappointed with my decision to get KFC tonight. read more

Asked for no pickle on either chicken little and got pickles on both, the fries were cold, the soda tasted flat, the biscuit was rock hard, and the 2 chicken legs tasted old and were dripping with grease.
