Well it's been 6 months on since I sent my letter of complaint to KFC, at the shear lack of service and hygiene of the place and here I am again. The place looks like something from stig in the dump, not one table (seriously) was clean, and food littered table tops and the floor. No napkins, bins were over flowing, and the place just look like it was run badly. This seems to happen every time I go in. Each time I think, 'It's a fast food chain, surely you must pick your act up'. I want nothing more than a mystery shopper to go in and just go to town on that place. I vowed not to go in again but I had the urge to get me some chicken!! Anyway I was stuck in the queue for about 10 mins as there was 1 member of staff on the till in the middle of Friday afternoon. No gravy!! Which is a sin in itself, as that's the best this g about KFC. Chips were hard and too cold. Therefore I can feel another letter coming on, because I am sick to death of going in there and it looking like a tip. My advice... avoid like the plague but if you do go in play a little game with yourself to see what is wrong. Either how dirty the place is or how long it takes you to get served either one is my favourite to play. read more

This place is finger licking good. Sorry, I couldnt resist that one. The chicken in this place is great. Unfortunately I do not go into the shop as often as I would like as it is kind of on the out skirts of the town and slightly away from the min shopping district of st helens. I believe now that there is free wi-fi in here and there are toilets and disabled access too. The food may not be to everyones taste but personally I like it. Being just off the dual carriage way and town bypass there is also a drive through so the more lazy of people dont even have to get out and walk hahaha. All in all, you probably know what to expect from KFC and this should meet those expectations as it is a standard branch of the chain that is always well presented and kept in a clean and hygenic state. read more

NASTY!!! Honestly I love chicken with all my heart and I've enjoyed many kfc's but this one is VILE The young ginger lad at the drive through needs more sleep for starters, just mumbles the fact that basically they have absolutely nothing to serve. Anyway I go again like two weeks later after this - same dude falling asleep at the drive thru- no Pepsi EURGH So I have a BBQ pulled chicken burrito ( first ever time of trying a burrito so can't say much about that apart from it was luke warm as if someone had been warming it with their breath) I had a krushem and I usually really enjoy them but for some reason it tasted of orange?? As if something had been spilled in it?? Anyway I wouldn't bother, if you're desperate for chicken pay the extra few quid and go to Nandos. read more

We live in Spain, and came back late Jan for a family getogether. I've always loved KFC, so 6 of us went out for some fast food. They were going to BK, but I persuaded them to go to KFC. Big mistake. The place was deserted, which should have been a clue. Chips cold and crap. My bro-in-law's chicken was bloody. Never been so disappointed (and embarrassed). I stood for 15 minutes waiting to get a refund for just one meal. Place still empty when we left. KFC really need to get a grip of this place, because I can't believe it's anything but a rogue outlet. I will never, ever go there again. read more

The chicken foods are alright, Ive tasted better at other kfc around the country, I dont know what they do to them here but they just dont taste as good, the fries are different as well. There coved in bits of that keep warm coating that go's strange, not good. Nice and clean, there always picking litter up from the car park, thats always got plenty of spaces on it. The staff are a just kids really and they dont seem to have much intrest in customers, there none too friendly really especially if interupt there conversation to order some food. read more

First signs were not good the bins were overflowing in the car park, when we got in there was milk dripping on the floor, the tables were disgusting the same as the floor. When we placed the order, there was only 2 packets of salt for 4, no wipes, no serviettes, we had to ask for a spoon for beans food was dreadfull chicken dripping in fat ,surly staff.
