As a former worker I must say I do definitely recommend there food n to me the one on keystone ave in pa is good to work at I mean yes it has ur normal drama like any other bizz but they made me feel loved wanted n respected and even if the management was having a terrible day they where very welcomeing n helpful with me n really understood I have a learning disability n can't lern as quickly as the other kids that work there n the kids where friendly n pasiont with me n helped me learn n mean while I loved every one my bff's where Chris n his girlfriend but also loved everyone n yes I said kids cause like many fast food joints kfc is an exclant job for a kid still in school or frash out with all that said I highly recommend going to the one on keystone ave in pa plus I mean come on who has better chicken then kfc no one!!!! read more

Poor service. Absolutely horrific wait times. Ordered via the app, over half hour estimated wait time. Lobby was locked so only option was to wait in drive thru. Didn't have time enough to wait, so had to leave. No way via app to obtain refund. Chat w/"help" was cutoff. Phone call through India call center proved fruitless. Would NOT recommend. read more

Horible. Waited in line at the drive through for 45 minutes and get up To the speaker they tell me that they are out of chicken and won't be ready for another 45 minutes. Really?? It's 5:30 on a Friday night and your drive through is filled with cars. Pretty good sign that you should be cooking. Idiots...the guy that owns this place is a real A-hole too. I was at the drive through one time and he was sitting in the parking lot with his window down yelling at the kid working the window. I got 2 meals and it took 20 minutes for my 6 pieces of chicken to come out. People came in after me and received their food, there was about 1 person who looked like they knew what they were doing and the whole drive through was backed up with people to narnia even though there was NO ONE waiting for their food inside but me and one other person. The other person had told me it took them 15 minutes to receive ONE chicken wrap. Safe to say I will not be eating at any kfc anytime soon especially not in this location. read more

If there was a negative star selection I would be using it. Stopped to get a family chicken meal on a Friday evening was told only can give you wings and there are no breasts down and won't be for 30 min. It's KFC they sell chicken. Ended up waiting 20 min for a few tacos because there was no chicken and didn't get any meat in some just lettuce because the line was closing and they couldn't put anymore in the bins. We were traveling home to PA from upstate New York. Seeing all these bad reviews made us think twice about stopping here but we figured ahh what the heck. We will give it a try. I wasn't disappointed at all. Maybe things have improved since other customers have left their reviews but we did not wait long at all. All our food was correct and hot and delicious. The staff was very professional and polite. Asked multiple times if we needed any sauces or anything else. We did not go in so I can not comment on cleanliness or things like that but we had no issues at the drive thru and would go back again. Some people also have to remember. This is a Taco Bell/KFC. it's not like you're eating at a 5 star restaurant. Maybe some people have unrealistic expectations. read more

Took a solid 45 minutes in the drive through. There was about 3 cars, at least 5 employees, and to top it all off the inside is closed so there is literally nobody else. Just decided to leave because it was pushing an hour and there was zero sign of food. read more

My coleslaw was dry and my mashed potatoes were cold and they did not have enough chicken wings to make my original order.

Ended up waiting 20 minutes from order placed until order received for take-out order. Many other customers were served food before me. Other customers in line started joking on their own - "maybe you'll be next"! Never an acknowledgement from employees, never a comment "we are waiting on your food", not even a "sorry for the wait" when I finally did get my food. I paid extra for supreme tacos and toppings were very skimpy and tacos very THIN. Food was sloppily made. My naked chicken chalupas were missing a lot of the flavored breading - about 50% of the chalupa was exposed white chicken. Some of my food sat for the 20 minutes while they were waiting on the other half. If you're going to make me wait 20 minutes - at least give me decent quality food. read more

The food is decent, the wait wasn't very long. The dining room was loud due to rude customers and their out of control children. That was not the fault of the restaurant. What was most annoying was hearing the restaurant kitchen staff arguing over the sound of the background music and the loud dining room. Silence is golden! read more

The restaurant is nicely remodeled, but the workers seems to be lazy since our Mac and cheese wasn't mixed well, our potatoes were clumpy, and our gravy wasn't mixed all the way either. I ordered chicken strips with a side of potatoes and Mac and cheese. I never said put it as a meal. I wanted a box of chicken strips with the sides in their own container, but instead they gave it to me on a plate as a meal. So I got one scoop of potatoes and gravy and a scoop of Mac and cheese. I went to KFC and ordered dinner for my family and we got 3 triple double crunch rap boxes, a loaded baked potato grilled and a nacho grilled. With the boxes you get two tacos and a drink, first of all they asked if we wanted hard or soft tacos and we said 2 boxes with soft tacos and a box with hard tacos and they gave us 2 soft tacos and 6 hard tacos. Not to mention they were soggy. Then we went to drink our sprites and they were terrible and weren't sweet. I am consistently amazed this location is still open. When I crave fried chicken or a taco, i go here, maybe twice a year at most, and usually I use the drive through. The food quality is terrible and prices are obscene. Never again. read more

Was in kfc tonight at 8:02 in the evening on 3-24-16 after a day of being at the hospital visiting a family member in the hospital an hour plus away from home in NY so after being there my family wanted to eat and every one was so excited because we didn't have a kfc where we are at that is around us to travel to within reason so moral of the story after the little background Info we arrive at kfc Taco Bell and after placing our order and getting drinks which mind you there were no napkins in sight nor less all the condiments such as salt and pepper were also no where in site so we get napkins and go sit down all 5 of us adults and 1 infant we chose to sit In a booth area where then we began to eat and we had a window booth no later then every one getting situated and every one started eating another adult looks down at the window seal and the whole window seal was covered in ants. I immediately went to the cashier and asked for a manager and went back to my table where then she came a few moments later. I explained to her the situation with all the ants and that's when she reassured me that there is always some one cleaning every fifteen minutes in the dining area mind you it was hard to even choose where to sit because tables were filthy and we had clearly already had been in there for more then fifteen minutes and clearly saw multiple employees standing around. The manager then proceeded to offer me a free cake for the problem to take home I asked for the money back for the purchases and one of the employees that followed the manager just started taking every ones food off the tables we were at with out even asking or saying a word and throwing it all away. So then well me being me I went on to say that no one has been out to clean since we had been there and how filthy it was and then proceeded to the front counter to get the money for the orders which took probably 10 minutes to do and still no one to clean up the ants or any other tables at that. The manager wasn't very nice at that about the whole situation she said she had talked to the main boss about the situation and said she was calling him again and refused to give out any information as to how we could get ahold of him to make sure the problem was taken care of.
