One of the oldest KFC's I've been to . But it's clean and the food & staff were outstanding. The dining room was closed,but as a trucker they made the exception to let me in to get my food to go. So glad they did. It's been 10 years since I've been here,but it was just as good as I remember. 10:15 am is not too early for KFC or for me. Thus is the second time in 2 months that the drive thru made me wait in parking lot over 15 min.for my meal,however tonight after 18 min.i went in and was told they were out of pot pie,so I sat out there 18 min.and they didn't bother not once to come to my car and inform me..I call that rude,and totally uncalled for I'm sure one person is nothing to you but I will not return to this location it has gone in the gutter.. read more

Worst KFC (in Selma, AL) ever! I would give them ZERO stars if I could. I ordered a chicken and mash potato bowl (#17) and I got a pot pie. Young lady AND who I deemed to be the manager proceeded to argue with me that it listed a pot pie. I don't even LIKE pot pies... but i took it anyway. Why? Service was fast and food was hot and fresh..Drive Thru Was speedy and cashier was very polite.

I love KFC of Selma so much. The biscuits are the butteries biscuits I've ever tasted, never had a stale one. And the new fries that they came out with are perfectly seasoned all the time. I would recommend this place despite the bad reviews, they are not true. I know the owner works so hard to make this place a quality fast food restaurant. I can just tell that KFC has been in Mr. Marks family for a long time by the way he runs the place. He knows what he's doing, and he's great at it. Also a comment that I have to say is, that many people have bad things to say about the prices being raised at the restaurant, but I understand it .I know what's going on and I have full respect over it. Definitely would recommend it !!! read more

My experience at KFC in Selma Alabama was terrible. First some of the workers there are rude to the customers. I order one large liver and one larger gizzard well they gave me a large liver but a small gizzard so, when I got home and looked into the bag I was not happy. So i called to explain there was a mistake in my order and the young man that answered the phone told me the small order of gizzards was the right order. I asked him how come the boxes was not the same size. He then told his manager she had better come talk to me before he tell me something. When i ask for the Corp. phone number the manager said she didn't have the number. Although I knew that was not the truth there was nothing I could do. I went on line to find the Corp. phone number for KFC but, the 1-800 number that I found on line, no one answered and there was no way to leave messages. i decided that day to just not spend another penny there until they change the way customers are treated. I work just as hard as they do but, i still treat people with respect. KFC Corp. should check on the Selma Alabama restaurant because, I am not the only customer that is feed up with rude service from some of the workers. read more

Don't order the extra crispy chicken because it's just extra greasy. I got sick and had to go to the doctor who prescribed Flagyl. Now I'm sick from the antibiotic. Needless to say I will not eat there again. read more
