So instead of this manager just keeping her mouth shut and handing out food. She proceeded out to the lobby to personally deliver customer number 2's order. Proceeds to tell customer number 2 (less then 5 foot away from the first customer) "That crazy lady with two kids right here took your order, I'm sorry". So, of course customer 1 reacts with yelling, while putting customer 2 in a really awkward position. Like I said, it was absolutely bizarre, if it was my restaurant, that manager would be terminated. The situation aaa extremely inappropriate, in front of at least 25 customers at that. Several couldn't believe what this manager was doing, and several stated they would never be back.
