There is ample parking outside and the inside is spacious with lots of tables, though none bigger than 4 seats. We sat at two tables next to each other and all found what we wanted on the menu. One notable mention - they have three kinds of fries! Fresh cut, waffle, and curly - a fact which delighted all of us. Overall the food was good, about what you would expect. The ice cream was the real star of the show, super creamy and flavorful with a lot of unique options available on the menu. Prices were reasonable and service was friendly, if a bit slow. Not sure if our server was new but there were a few small errors made when bringing our food out and cashing out. That being said, none of it was a huge deal or worth griping over. Seemed like the best option in Shelby and we'd come back!

I don't know what changed at the Ashland Ohio branch, but all of a sudden I could no longer get a drink to go in my thermos as I was always used to doing on the rare occasions I visited It's not like I go through pop like water, (I don't!)
