I wanted to walk out but my wife had a craving. So we waited another 6 minutes. When she finally took our order, I see on the interact machine a 15% tip applied. But by then my wife Had already tapped. The charming young lady never gave us a receipt or answer my question about the tip. She just turned and smiled and walked away and said she was on break. the customer service is TERRIBLE.we got an order delivered tonight i knew with the bag we got not everything was there, so i called the store and told the girl we didn't get everything that we ordered, she asked me what the order was and i told her,so i said is there no quality control anymore doesn't anyone check the order before it goes out out and she wouldn't answer me, so she offered me a store credit and i got upset and i told her i wanted the rest of the food delivered and she hung up on me and wouldn't answer the phone when i called back . the place is a dump it should be shut down. read more

It's really too bad, Stratford was lacking a chicken place for ages. If you like a box of greasy chicken then this is the place for you. Pieces of chicken are usually small and pitiful. The service needs an equal amount of work - hint, if you work in fast food you are there to serve customers not to snipe at that. Had not been thru drive thru, however in the Covid 19 times thought, why not, get home with 8 pc order and 4 wings and 4 others that we are not sure what they are! Called them and I get well "it should be 4 dark and 4 white", really 4 dark is wings? Dirty place with horrific service. They dont have what I ordered off the menu. So they took it upon themselves to substitute my meal. Not give me an option. The soda fountain drinks are piss warm and the macaroni salad if half full and 2 days past due. And they replaced it with another one that was ALSO 2 days past due. A total shithole and disgrace. Went thru drive thru tonite to get a meal for my daughter and my home. One was for a bday dinner. I ordered as below and specifically asked for the two meals to be bagged separate so they didnt get confused as I was just dropping my daughters meal off and with quarantine it's best. The large gravy was a medium i have a picture and the medium gravy was 2oz. Again I have a picture. My sides ended up in her bag so by the time I drove back across town to get my side my meal was cold and kfc cold fries suck. 12pc feast dark meat Exlg fry LG gravy Corn Chicken share popcorn and tenders 8pc chicken and fries dark meat Coleslaw Totally disappointed with what I got and the disregard for simple request to keep separate. Lukewarm food. Soggy fries. A lingering thought, "Are there even the Colonel's 11 herbs and spices, let alone salt to season my meal? Because my chicken wings were beyond bland and un-flavourful." Bought a 10 bucket chicken with 3 large sides. Gave 2 sides but not the chicken. Paid $44 for this!! Waaaaay overpriced, don't you think?

KFC takes way too long to deliver their food. After waiting for an hour and a half for my food, I decided to call them. Their corporate office connected me to the store and no one answered. I guess none of their employees know how to answer a phone over there. I have been on hold for a long time. It's getting to the point where I don't know why I even bother ordering from them anymore. They should be more like dominos pizza and have a tracker on their website and app. KFC sucks balls!!! read more
