First, let me say I know Covid has screwed up everything for a long time now. A year into the crap and restaurants still seem unable to adapt which I understand because it is not like most restaurants are run by businesspersons. Most are folks who love to serve the community quality food. It is a passion for many. But for KFC it is business and I can only assume that a business decision has been made to cheat delivery customers as much as possible in order to make the maximum profit. Small portions, missing portions all seem to be the norm for this store. And when you call them on it (via Phone), the answer is "Yeah, we screwed that up. Come get it is you want." Kind defeats the whole concept of paying for "Fing" delivery...... But orders of mashed potatoes where there was 4x the gravy in the dish than the potatoes. Missing Chicken and missing sides seems to be the standard fare. Now of course, when you are standing in the store you can check it and correct it there, but like so many others have said, this store is nasty. They do have one redeeming social value....They have great coleslaw. But that is the only thing they go going for them. read more

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever had. The woman that took my order was so rude, I was mid-order and asked for a sauce when she literally interrupted me to say I would have to remind her to give it at the window and then she turned around and walked away. Shocked I was stuck standing there for quite awhile until she came back with the part of the order I had gotten through and she gave me my total. I told her I hadn't finished my order when she had walked away and I still had more. Sale got very upset and said if I wanted to place a second order I would have to "wait in line" and pointed to the line of people that had now accumulated behind me. I told her it was not a second order I was placing but finishing the first order. She was very rude until the customer behind me told her just to take my order. Needless to say by the time I got through the order she was extremely rude. At first we had to wait for the co-manger to get off of her phone for someone to ring us up. The girl in the drive-thru was not in a uniform and was also on her phone the entire time, she had a hoodie on, jeans and a hat; I was unable to get a picture. There was another two workers there who were actually working. The food was cold, so I approached the co-manager after she got off of her phone; I explained the food was cold and she's like okay I'll microwave it for you, and that's exactly what she did. The buffet was extremely unappealing, didn't get a picture it would of been obvious. The floors were dirty but the girl who was working seemed like it was her next task. Well, I was going to give only one star, but, I decided to be generous and give to. I ordered a chicken tender 12 piece meal with barbecue sauce but I didn't get the barbecue sauce awls I can say is at least it was hot when it got here. So, I decided to give them another shot. And again they screwed the pooch. Still did not get the barbecue sauce that I asked for, and somebody obviously does not know how to count because there was only 11 chicken tenders in my meal. Never have I been treated so badly at a restaurant. The person at the window was Tamara. I ordered 2 pieces of chicken (Long John Silver) and coleslaw. I asked what kind of sauce they had. She said "what" i repeated it, She again said "what" i said s-a-u-c-e. She said I dont understand. I said sauce, like bbq, do you know English? She started screaming at me and would not stop. I did say shut up, I did not know how else to stop her screaming. She screamed that chicken does not get sauce. She handed me my AM EX card and slammed the window. I asked for a manager. She continued the screaming even though he told her to walk away. He got my food and my sauce, I still could hear her screaming. I said that if I was the manager, I would terminate her immediately and to be aware I was going to corporate. This is no way to treat a customer. Disappointing experience. Had the buffet. Really limited. No salad and no chicken livers. The crew wasn't really that focused on the buffet. The few pieces of chicken that were on the buffet did not look very fresh. I asked for a couple pieces of crispy and a couple of minutes later they brought some crispy up to the buffet. The chicken lacked taste. Crispy yes. Tasty no. Maybe the Colonel took his secret recipe to the grave because this sure didn't taste like anything I've had before. I also had a piece of Original recipe. Sorry, but it also lacked flavor. Mashed potatoes were powdered and the gravy was really bland. There was a strange looking dessert that the lady behind the counter told me it was bread pudding. Took a small piece, but couldn't really handle. It was like a compressed bread brick. I went there not too long ago today. When I got there I ordered the big chicken box and a large cake. All I asked was for the coleslaw to be substituted for mash potatoes. As we came in behind the counter was like 4 or 5 people and all we were worried about was someone sharing food so they made a big issue out of that the food bar and Seafood Bar did not look fresh and that's what Charlie got I got the fish and the boys seemed really not into what we were ordering so we had to tell him three times and then showing the picture the trash was heaped up no one was maintaining the dining room. Ok I called for price on the buffet and they said it was 6.99 before 5 O'clock and I got there @ 4:30. The place is clean and share location with long John silvers... the chicken on the buffet is under lock n key maybe 3 pieces are out at any given time this was really frustrating and they seem to only put out a nasty grilled chicken I asked for original but never came out... the mashed potatoes seemed hours and hours old with hard edges and very little put out, it really seemed like employees limited the amount put out. My wife and I have eaten lunch here several times. The food is typical KFC. We usually have a buffet, which only has original chicken on it. Fortunately, that is what we like. Selections include, chicken noodle soup, all of KFC's usual sides and some dessert items. Not a bad deal for lunch, the buffet includes your drink. read more

Terrible! Bad service and we both got food poisoning. No tea and never made more even after we asked. No condiments out. We both got bad diarrhea. Never going back and they need a health inspection! Buffet was not stocked the whole time we were there. I finally asked for a roll and the gave me 2 but never restocked the buffet. Whoever the owner is needs to see what's going on here!
