The chicken itself is outstanding, and the French fries are also really good. I found the service a bit lacking, thus only three stars. It was not crowded. I walked in and there was one group eating and one person waiting for food. The person who took my order was friendly and helpful. However, I placed my order, paid and was given my receipt and a "buzzer" and I waited. The thing that irked me is that I saw my order come from the kitchen, handed from a cook to an employee on the other side of the window, who kept talking and talking and talking to the cook while my food was sitting there. All she needed to do was put the order into the plastic bag, but for about five minutes talked to the cook and kept her back to the customer area, as did the other employees. I saw other employees walking around, there were more staff than customers, but I don't know what they were accomplishing. But my order still waited as they all talked. She eventually very, very slowly added the box with my food to the plastic bag and finally I received my order. Why did it take so long to put my order into a plastic bag and give it to me? The "sliders" are actually a full size sandwich, don't let the name fool you. It was delicious, if slightly cool from sitting at the counter. However, I don't like to patronize a business that has no real management on premises making sure that the staff is engaged. This never happens at Chick Fil-A. I will give them another chance because the food was so good.

Our order was being packed up as I walked in so perfect timing. The food itself was great! I ended up going with one medium and one hot. There is definitely a jump up in spiciness between the two levels and they are very flavorful with the spice, not just a blind heat. These sliders are HUGE. They really fill you up and the fries are perfect. Love the seasoning and the crinkle cut. We will definitely be back for more and this is a great place when you're looking for that hot chicken fix.

We tried the kimchi pancake, spicy rice cakes, takoyaki skewers, crab meat croquette, ChickenHaus Half and Half (Seasoned + Korean Hot Chili), Bibimbap, Japchae Glass noodles and the Black Bean Noodles again. Our standout favourites were the Japchae Glass noodles and the kimchi pancake, but it's honestly hard to choose. The hand made noodles have an amazing texture and are nice and chewy. The amazing food is complemented with equally amazing service. Our server was extremely friendly and very attentive. This recently opened restaurant has quickly become a favourite of ours. That being said, I've heard they have switched owners a few times within the last few years. A couple of years ago, I got beef and broccoli and 80% of the broccoli was the giant stalk cut into 1.5"x1.5" squares that were super bitter. Even now, I wouldn't eat inside the restaurant as it leaves a lot to be desired. I'd treat this as a takeout only joint and that's what they mainly do. I gave Bamboo another try the other night as they were all that was open, and I order takeout and it was delicious. The beef and broccoli was very savoury (with no stalk, just florets), the chicken fried rice was delicious and had tons of chicken, the cheese wontons were nice and crispy and had lots of flavour, and the sweet and sour sauce was delicious and sweet without being bright red and seeming "fake". So, if you have had negative experiences at Bamboo, I encourage you to give them another try.
