I was spiralling in massive amounts of debt especially when Covid took course. I was debating on defaulting and ignoring the issues that started surfacing to which Wellsfargo started sending lawsuit letters. I was then recommended to google a bankruptcy lawyer which Alia Khan's group popped up as one of the contenders. Proceeding with Khan group, they debriefed my current standing and instructed what documents and such to make the entire transaction seamless. In which where I will say: DO LISTEN and HAVE EVERYTHING before hand because it will create less unnecessary exchanges. On the court date (which was a phone conference), my anxiety kicked in but Alia was on the other side (within the conference call but she would text) to make sure I don't say unnecessary things.
