My son is in daycare and has had it all...RSV, hand, foot, mouth, colds after colds, fever, diaper rashes, multiple ear infections etc. I take him in every time something is off for a sick visit (because I'm crazy!) and thank god for those walk-in hours. Go early before 7:30 because people line up at the door but you'll be in and out within 15 minutes. Tip: schedule your physical appointments ASAP because they book up fast. I absolutely love Dr. Carroll, but can't say a bad thing about anyone on the staff. I was SO happy we made the change to Ashburn Pediatrics when we did.

1 Star -- Repeated Negligence and Refusal to Listen…read more We gave this urgent care a second chance -- a serious mistake. On two separate occasions, their providers ignored clear household medical context and refused to prescribe antibiotics when they were plainly warranted. The first time, our 5-year-old's worsening ear infection was brushed off, even though multiple family members had the same bacterial illness and recovered quickly after receiving oral antibiotics from their regular doctors. We went to another clinic the next day, where the provider listened, prescribed antibiotics, and he recovered. Recently, our 2-year-old developed conjunctivitis identical to her brother's. When we brought her in late in the day, the provider again refused to prescribe antibiotics. As a result, the infection spread to her ears, causing painful, sleepless nights -- an entirely preventable outcome. Convenient late hours don't make up for poor judgment. We will not return and urge other parents to seek care elsewhere.

I lost my 33 year old brother from a heart attack due to a hereditary condition so the PA ordered some tests. The results came in, PA left a message so I called back (literally 4-5 different times) and then even asked during a separate visit if there were any concerns about my results. Nearly 7 months later they call to explain the results to me. Turns out that I have some off tests and it took that long. Seriously, when dealing with peoples lives, and tests are off, they should be communicated ASAP. The majority of the front office staff do not seem to have their stuff together and there is a huge language barrier with the nurse who takes my temp and asks questions prior to PA coming. very disappointed...do not recommend this place.
