Thy give you the run around, they say they have things filed and when I ask for proof ( fax confirmation or email confirmation) they were unable to provide me with the information. I seem as if they were sitting on the case in order to make more money in the end after the lump sum. I ended up finding a loophole in the system which fast track up the chain and got my settlement myself, BUT because I signed up with this group, they got their percentage after I did all the legwork. There isn't much to say about this awful company. The previous one star reviews are spot on and eerily similar to my experience with this so-called law firm. They failed to notify me of my time sensitive upcoming appoints with SSA. I terminated them and requested my case file, but the imo, money hungry attorney Jason Khattar was only concerned about getting paid. They strongly encouraged me to leave them a good review early on. Please consider looking elsewhere if you want positive results, good communication without the intimidation. In my opinion this is one of the worst law firms. read more

I called regularly as firm advised me to update my case when I had a doctor visit or anything changed or If I got paperwork. They always took a message and told me my case manager would call back by tomorrow. However, over the last few months, no one called me back, and the very important time sensitive paperwork from the government did have them CC'd into all packets and letters. They initially filed my case with my address wrong. then when they told me they had my name spelled wrong, as well, when I asked why, both parties tried to intimidate me for being upset about that - and then they said "we didn't say we had your name spelled wrong," we said we had it was in the system differently. Listen to the recordings. Straight up lies. This FIRM and these calls are an abomination to any client hurting so long and so badly they had to reach out for help. . in the phone call recordings the agent and Mr. Khattar contradicted each other, in order to contradict or undermine me. They listed a doctor for my case that I have never heard of or seen before. I got a letter from SSDI stating if they could not get a hold of this doctor, it will delay, or Cos, my case to be lost. I tried to take care of it myself, and got no call back from SSDI, And got no callback from Khattar Law. Khattar Law and all of their agents, including Jason Khattar became immediately defensive when I asked why nobody had called me back. The rest of the phone calls ended up being my case manager, and Mr. Khattar telling me things I already knew about the way this works. No one ever answered my question about why no one called back let alone asked me what I was calling about. Simply canned statements about how they believe in giving facts and statistics and the glowing review of their own firm. Over and over and over. I ask them to answer my question a very simple one. Over and over and over. They deflected with a different answer. I will host the entire transcript of the phone calls so if anybody is considering them this firm, they can run to the hills. The arrogant Mr. Jason Khattar mentioned he feels like he is simply answering a quote "calling" because "hardly makes any money on this." Kevin Jason Khattar attached to my fiances social security case without being solicited and she had never even heard of him. Moreover, he's an attorney out of San Antonio Texas and she's in Los Angeles Ca. Soc Sec. was advised of his being added was asked to remove him from her case, several calls were made to his office by us requesting he be removed from her case. Despite having made several calls and letters he remained on the case without her knowing, you'd think between ss and his office he'd be removed, but that didn't happen and when she finally was awarded ss guess who got paid for nothing? You give up? Well i don't, he's a grifter and apparently practices law in California without a being a member of the Cal Bar. I find it kind of strange, i contacted people on YELP that wrote reviews for his guy and they had nothing but nice things to say about him contrary to what was written in the reviews. Communication with my case manager was inconsistent. It took several attempts on my part to get through. Calls were not returned. I requested a copy of the contract I signed numerous times. I did not receive a copy until after I dismissed them from my case. SSA denied my case and I will not use them to appeal my case. read more
