Through 7 months of going back and forth about medical care with my brother , many discussions and frustration on both of our sides I always feel it is necessary to update either way good or not so good . Teresa has listened and been receptive and not so receptive and I'm guilty of the same . We have definitely one thing in common the well being of my brother . She has stayed through arguments, discussions and we both want what is best for my brother's care and emotional well being and support . She is the only LVN in the facility and that a tremendous amount of care for one person and I now understand that . So I'd like to Thank Teresa for her unwavering commitment to a lot of residents my brother being only one of them . All though a person may lose their cognitive skills they are still there and it's just overwhelming for family . They brought her lunch the first day and helped her to bed that evening. They forgot to bring her dinner. She then went to the hospital and will not be returning to the facility. They will not refund any of the money she paid for the month. Not even half. They do offer a credit and will go to the facility she is moving to but she will not need help there because it is a full service assisted living facility. I understand the need to have contracts, but this seems to me like bad business practices.

The building seems pretty secure, lots of police officers in case of emergencies. The check in process was fast and it is a self service machine. Input your name and dob grab your reciept with number and take a seat. I did have an appointment so as soon as I sat down I was called up. There are many areas in this building dont get lost just look for your number and your letter. The person helped me was kind and informative. I appreciate the helpful attitude and care they took to explain things to me.
