I was never touched my heart never checked nothing. I had referrals to various different Specialists. In the meantime they went from the Sante group, to Fresno community hospital group, then to Meritage. So when I had referrals, because the names kept changing, the specialists wouldn't take My insurance. Over the course of three months, I would call their office and get voicemail. I would leave messages. NOT one time did I get a call back. The last time I called it was evening and I was having palpitations, not severe but a bit concerning. I asked if they could call me back the next day for an appointment. Never heard a word. That was the last straw. I should never have left Kaiser, and I went back to them effective August 1. They always return my calls. I definitely would never recommend this office.

I have 2 Nero Drs. 1 radiation oncologist, 1 hematologist-oncologist-2 radiation (fluoroscopy)…read moremedicine Drs. And a radiation surgeon (fluoroscopy) and that's just at Stanford. Dr. Ky is my 3 rd pain management dr. And I have had 3 physical therapists and a chiropractor. I was taking 150mcg patches of fentanyl with 8 norco 10 mgs and optional morphine pills. First visit with Dr Ky and he had something to try. Second visit we found there was little to no relief so he had another idea. Within 60 days Dr. Ky has had me 80% less pain taking just a couple tramadol in the morning for the whole day. I sleep, I play with my children, I'm back in school and working. I could not do any of those before Dr. Ky. My insurance doesn't want to do anything but pay for meds, and we still make it work. He really wants people to feel better and mo e on. He really is looking for non medication solutions to pain for EVERYONE. So expect to hear something crazy, he is the only one doing a lot of these things. They are tried and tested and working. If you want pills, go to lags. If you want relief from pain and solutions for a better life, this is the Dr. for you. His waits are getting worse but that's because the good news is out.
