A lot of items didn't have pricing which for me prevented me from buying more but I actually just went shopping elsewhere before stopping in so I would've bought more. The fruit and veggies are not all nice and shinny like at the grocery stores, these items look to be straight from a farm imo. Don't expect to find everything in perfect shape or that you don't have to look through the fruits or veggies and if you know, you know! Their items were a bit high but it's worth it when it comes to our struggling farmers!!! I'll buy more from them from here & out.

Misses are rare, and when something isn't right, they always make it right. What really sets this place apart is the knowledgeable team. They can tell you not just what something is, but where it's from, why it's special, and even how best to prepare it if it's new to you. They know which watermelon varietals are sweetest (and why), which tomatoes are best for different uses, and how to guide you toward the best choice of the day. We also appreciate the simplicity of the space. It's clear the focus is on quality produce rather than unnecessary overhead or décor that doesn't add to flavor or nutrition. We come in knowing our weekly staples, and we always look forward to discovering a surprise treat or seasonal treasure to add to the basket. We recently lived in Spain for a year and deeply miss the fruterías found on every corner, places that genuinely support daily health and well-being. In the U.S., truly good produce can be harder to find, with so much emphasis on mass production and appearance over flavor and nutrition. The Fruit Stand comes as close as we've found to that European produce experience. We're grateful this place exists and grateful for the care they put into what they offer. We also purchased a small produce box next time I will be getting the large one for $20 I got a large assortment of vegetables and farm fresh eggs and it all depends on what they have. The produce is fresh, well packed so nothing gets smushed, and best of all forces me out of my meal rut and makes me excited to cook. The food lasts way longer than what I get at the grocery store because it wasn't harvested months ago & hundreds of miles away. And just a few miles east of Old Town is their ranch in Aguanga, a beautiful 26 acre property that is open to the public for olive oil and wine tasting. The property is picture perfect for large gatherings and events too. There are several cute places to hang out. The small building that houses their "store" where they sell products and do tastings is so welcoming and so cute! The wedding we attended was held in the olive groves and the reception area was set up in the grassy area where there is lots of room for tables. The grounds are rustic and a little dusty (it's a ranch), really pretty with touches of cute and bright decor, and it is well kept. There are some animals too, which are always fun for the kids. We were fortunate to return to the property today with our church group. The owners, Thom and Nancy, are so gracious and kind to welcome us in. We had tacos catered in and hung out on the grassy area. Thom took the time to give us some history of TOOC and he took some on a tour. I missed the tour so I will have to return to get the full download. Even on a hot day, sitting under the shade of the big trees with an occasional cool breeze made it for a very pleasant afternoon! A visit to Temecula Olive Oil Ranch is a must do when visiting the Temecula area!

They pretty much had 50% less apples than they did last year so they were trying very hard to get all these apples into our bags and home safely for our own apple cobbler and apple pie. We were able to fill up three bag bags of apples, small apples, but still very flavorful , Pippin and Jonathan's and some empires .. They do allow service dogs . Super fun activity however we were there on October 4 th Honestly, I think the season would probably be about done by now .. there's plenty to do and Julian. They have dirt parking. They estimate that the bag holds 6-7 lbs of apples. When we went they said there were 5 apple varieties but three of them were pretty picked through. This was the 4th day they were open for the season. It is a pretty small apple orchard. That being said, we were able to get a full bag although a lot of apples were small or ones that looked nice only turned out to have wormholes in them. Lots of tossed apples on the ground too. Parking is all in one area now which is better than previous years where there were multiple. Some food and drinks vendors right outside the entrance. They don't sell apple cider or apple cider donuts here sadly.
