Once I got in the chair we had an awesome conversation and he genuinely showed that he was listening and interested in my life (beings it's my first time in the chair, he wanted to know it all). I love the friendly environment and amazing hair cut I got. Tim the barber took his time to make sure every inch of my haircut was done to perfection. I will be back again and again as I finely found the barbershop I been looking for.

I recommend Gentleman's Cuts to anyone that's looking for a great haircut. They are very reasonably priced as well. I've paid close to $60 for some haircuts in the past but none of them even came close to the one I got at the Gentleman's Cuts.

The door was locked with the "Closed" sign. So I waited around for another 15 minutes and then the hair stylist returns. It's now much too late to cut my hair, she says. Fine, whatever, I'll rebook. When I had booked online the night before there were a dozen spots available, so it should be easy. And it was -- they had multiple open slots from 6:20 all the way to closing, with a few others scattered in the afternoon. The place isn't exactly busy. I come back at 6:20pm and the hair stylist is finishing up another client. They really squeeze appointments back-to-back, so they're often running late themselves or rushing your haircut. I didn't mind -- figured it was karma for being late myself that morning. I sat in the chair at 6:30 and got a decent haircut. Then comes the trouble. They had charged me for a no show that morning. I thought that was silly, because they weren't fully booked (or even close) and I had rebooked to the same day. I got on the phone with the owner, and WOW, what an absolute bitch. I've never used that word in a review before, but she really earned it. She had absolutely no interest in hearing what happened, just a full-on rant that I was 30 minutes late (I wasn't) and that I took up a slot that would have been filled (doubtful), and that her first stylist was stiffed out of a tip. I actually was going to offer to tip the first stylist if she removed the charge, but I couldn't even get a word in! She was on full Karen. "Rules for thee but not for me" I've been coming here for years, but no longer. Their "policies" are one-sided, and now that they've raised prices, it's not even the cheap place anymore. Avoid rolling the dice.

I have been here off and on over the years for just simple trim or cut and every time they have a…read moregood stylist they leave shortly after. They had a few very talented folks years ago but not in a long time. However this last incident was far too terrible and we will never go back. It was my daughters 18th birthday and she wanted an ombre and regretfully we went here. My daughter lost (6 months later after severe breakage) 10-12 inches of her hair because the woman (tall with short hair, always by the front desk) that did her hair even after a bleach strand test completely ruined in. She assured us that she would leave the bleach on a short time and raise her very dark hair to a dark honey and no more. It was a yellow, very light blonde and was already breaking off. She advised us to use Infusium 23 as a treatment as we were leaving and to come back another time for a trim. It didn't take long for us to realize how bad the damage was. We did the treatments, went to see a different stylist who cleaned it up a bit a recommended a better treatment option. 6 months later we had to cut it all off. Her hair was to her butt and it is now just passed her shoulders. Never go here for anything more than a trim or typical hair cut. Anything more and you will be disappointed at the very least.
