I was referred for extraction of all four wisdom teeth, but during my visit I clearly stated three separate times that I only wanted one tooth removed due to concerns about recovery time and pain. Despite this, the oral surgeon repeatedly told me that I needed all four removed "either way" and continued insisting on all four extractions after I had already said no multiple times. My concerns were not addressed, and my refusal was not respected. I was then told that I should "think about it" because another patient was waiting who needed the procedure a lot more. This comment made me feel rushed and as though I was wasting their time for not agreeing, rather than being respected as a patient making an informed decision. I understand medical recommendations, but patient consent and respectful communication should always come first. Unfortunately, I did not feel listened to or supported during this visit. My family and I have been here multiple times with no problems. But this experience was definitely not worth coming anymore. read more

The desk representative was incredibly rude. No patience and no class. Disgusting behavior just to answer a few questions. Just a representative and speaking on behalf of an actual dentist. A dentist can definitely give additional details to an insurance company but according to them you can't. A dentist and their office staff play a crucial role in the insurance approval process and can, and often must, provide additional documentation and details to your insurance company to help get a procedure approved. Dr. Khorsand has removed two of my son's wisdom teeth. The staff is very efficient and friendly. He is very knowledgeable and caring. After my first son had his extractions and a week had gone by, he became very concerned when he would start tasting food again! The office gives you a paper and tell you to call with any concerns or issues. So I call thinking I'd get the office, but Dr Khorsand answered the phone and answered all our questions. My son went in for his 6 months checkup and there were cavities. Paid $4 for the office visit and he had to make another appointment to do the cavities (treatment) . They quoted the fee for the treatment and also another $4 for another office visit when he comes back to do the cavities. The office visit should only be billed once, which is the initial visit for the x-ray and examination and not for each additional visit to come back and do the treatment. read more

This was my second time coming to this dental office. First time was great and this time the staff went above and beyond. Had to do an afternoon appointment because of work and it wasn't a simple procedure. Instead of making me come back another day (which would have been difficult for me because of schedule) to finish it they agreed to complete it same day. The procedure took longer than their office was open. Staff and dentist took their time and made sure I was happy with their work. I had to have 4 hours of dental work and they offer conscious sedation....it was WONDERFUL!! I woke up and the work was done, I remember nothing. And I didn't have much pain afterward...only needed to take a couple doses of pain meds. They are so courteous and professional. Not only do they care about the quality of their work, but they care about their patients and the comfort of their patients. It was an absolutely FABULOUS experience!!! I had Dr. Raye and she is so caring and explains everything. She never makes you feel like she is in a rush. It's like you are her only patient that day. I brought my six year old here for fillings. The Dr was very patient and kind to my child. My daughter usually takes shots well; however, on this day she decided she didn't want any so the Dr called me back. The doctor explained to my child why it's necessary and continued explaining, as she was doing things, what it was she was doing to put my daughter at ease. I highly recommend this establishment. I was having pretty bad molar pain Easter Day, but unfortunately was in Az. I knew right away it was going to be my wisdom tooth because I could feel it starting to come out. I came home Monday evening, called Tuesday morning, they got me in within one hour! Told me I had to have 2 upper wisdom teeth removed, Dental implant (had also been postponing that for over 3 years), & a crown replaced. I agreed to get it done and ' over with! No joke---lots of work done in one day, NO PAIN! They were awesome! The experience was superb, considering it was the dentist! I had a pleasant experience upon my wisdom teeth removal with Dr. Wray. She is just awesome and empathetic towards your inquiries. I highly suggest her for any procedure, teeth cleaning, etc. Unlike Dr. Khorsand who lacks social skills and emotional intelligence, left my sister waiting for 30 mins on the table during her wisdom teeth removal. I don't think I've ever heard anyone say anything good about wisdom teeth removal so imagine my nervousness going in! Everything about my experience was pleasant from the staff, Dr. Wray explaining the procedure and answering any questions I had to Dr. Khorsand performing the procedure. It was so quick and pain free which I never thought could be possible with any extraction let alone all 4 wisdom! Thank you for such a great experience! Yikes, what a terrible experience. Had my wisdom teeth extraction today. Apparently Dr. Khorsand removed 3 of my teeth but then left without saying a word? Sat with gauze and another plastic thing that kept my mouth open and with literally no one coming to check up for 30+ minutes. Obviously I was super confused and about to flag someone down until thank god Dr. Wray came and took out my last tooth for me. Apparently, the last one was curved and needed more time for numbing which I would have been completely fine with had someone let me know. read more

Very rude staff including the Dr himself! Was not allowed to stay with my 5yr old grandson. When I heard him yell I got up and asked if I can go back and check on him, had to wait to get the ok, then I went to see him. Dr did not want to continue as I was there. I explained to him that last time I was able to stay with him since he is 5 and a minor. I wanted to make sure he was ok so that he would not get traumatized by this experience and yet the Dr talked down to me. I have a medical background and we can not see minor pts without an adult. I recommend Dr Billings for children, as I found out after posting on my social media that others had bad experiences with this Dr. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE.
