Would highly recommend Joe Vaccaro and Fix Auto Mississauga North!!

I had a past experience with another auto body shop a few years back that left me with a very bad taste in my mouth about these auto body shops (if you want the name, I will gladly post it in a reply...I didn't want to infect this specific post with other names). I did some research online and then started cold calling a few to get estimates. When I called Fix Auto Mississauga North , I had asked about their hours of operation and they stated 8-5 daily. I knew I couldn't make it there easily in that time frame. The receptionist passed me to the manager, Joe. He asked about my problem, and asked me to send some photos to determine a preliminary quote. I also insisted on OEM parts only. I took the photos and sent them. He replied soon after with a quote. He even called me up to go through the quote. He was able to get very good prices (I know because I even brought my car to the dealer and they would not budge on their set prices). I also did some online price checking for the parts; still Joe's was better. He did warn me that after tear down, there may be additional costs, but I knew that was a probability more than a possibility. Joe also promised the car within 2 days. I felt comfortable enough to give Joe and Fix Auto Mississauga North a try. I have to say that my experience with Joe and this shop was very pleasant. I emailed Joe with questions a couple of times, and got timely replies. He was able to get me a great deal on a rental car too. Every time I called, I was met with courteousness and respect. On one occasion, Joe tried to contact me because he thought my steel bumper beam should be replaced. He wasn't able to reach me right away, so in order to make sure that he didn't defect on the promise date, he ordered the part anyway so that it would be there if I decided to go ahead with adding the part and waited for my callback. I approved of the additional cost (which again was at reasonable price) and the car was finished as promised on time. Joe made the process very smooth for me and I was happy with the service and the final repairs. I would highly recommend giving Joe a call and see for yourself that you would be in good hands if you entrusted your repairs to his facility.

Deal fell through because I felt pressured. I started calling in January 2026 to get my original registration which Philippe took and gave me a photocopy. He flagged it as a fraudulent application - clearly to harass me. Gave me a legal department number which does not exist - yes, I called, but the Account Manager said "I don't think we even have a Legal Department". No replies, no one to talk to - Apparently they are all independent Sr. Managers and do not deal with each other. I was able to speak with Philippe and he said that he is not even sure that I left my original registration there. Because apparently, they do not have it anymore. I asked to speak to a manager - did not give his name. He was even more rude and said that I can just go and get a new copy for $10.00. That is not the point. They lost my personal document with all my details and treat is as if it's just scrap paper. When I told them that we can ask for a copy of their CCTV to confirm Philippe had my OR, he said sure. What kind of scam are these guys running? Please, go somewhere else.

(Address is 1122 Westport Cres, Missisauga) This dealership is presented well, although after a short period of time I had come to realize how unprofessional they were, and how suspicious some of the salesmans were. I was lied to about certain conditions of vehicles, when I found out myself the salesman would always try to make the issue of the vehicle seem extremely minor, when surely it wasn't the case. I purchased a vehicle with compromise that a few things to the car would be done, to find out from their mechanics the day of pick up that they were never requested to do any work, and the salesman lied to my face after talking to the mechanic saying that he does not know what the what the mechanic was talking about. The mechanic agreed to buff the bumper and within 5 minutes the car looked 10x better. When I bought the car, a few days later my check engine light came on. I brought it in to my personal mechanic who is a close friend of mine, who owns his own business, and was told that it was the catalytic converter and told to take it back to the dealership. The salesman who sold me the car at Tabangi, tried blaming me for putting the wrong type of gas in the car, when I never had the chance to put gas since I had purchased. My mechanic said that for the catalytic converter to go it must have been an ongoing issue, before I purchased the vehicle, therefore would not have passed a proper safety test, and with his professional opinion he believed the car wasn't safetied legally. I brought the car and left it there at the dealership for them to figure out the issue. They told me nothing was wrong with the car and it was not the catalytic converter and 5 days later I was able to pick it up. The second I got there, the manager started up my car and said the light was back on and that he was going to change the catalytic converter (PS I THOUGHT IT WASN'T THE CATALYTIC CONVERTER???) I then went back home in an uber and a week later I picked up the car. To find garbage and crumbs all inside of my car, and an empty gas tank and was told an employee took my vehicle home with them. I then had to wait another hour for them to fill my tank and detail the car. Two days later the light came back on, furiously I brought the car back in threatening to go to the BBB, and instantly they offered, and did so buy the car back at full price including taxes. What dealership buys a car back? That's how you know the car had ongoing issues, and were worried for liability reasons. I do not recommend this dealership, I had a terrible experience and I do not trust anything about this dealership.

I unfortunately took my car to Airport Kia because I have recently moved into Brampton and I didn't want to drive to Scarborough for my maintenance. Firstly, I was never offered a loaner car while I waited for my under warranty engine to be addressed, which took over 2 months to do so. Secondly, within the first 2 weeks of my car being on their property it was struck, rolled down a hill and struck a tree. I never received a call from the dealership to inform me that my property was damaged and if I hadn't visited the dealership to inquire about my vehicle, don't know if I ever would have. My vehicle has now been in their possession for over 3 months and I still have never received a single call from this dealership in regards to the status of my car. I have been told that parts were purchased to remove and replace the damaged areas on my car however this is untrue. We had such a great experience with him then that I wanted to go directly through him, avoiding the usual displeasure I get when dealing with car salesmen. Over the years, nothing has changed. This dealership still has a very large selection of vehicles, the staff is very courteous, and they really do their best to make you feel like a "valued" customer (it's cheesy as hell sometimes, but obviously a good business practice). Ishan himself is very knowledgeable. He knows everything about everything when it comes to vehicles and purchasing them. He offers excellent advice and really goes the extra mile to ensure that you've received all the necessary information. After having "completed" the purchase - the dealership presented me with a points card to use in their maintenance department- it was even loaded with some money ($25, i think) to use for your service at this location. I highly recommend Dixie Mazda to anyone looking to purchase a car. And I highly recommend Ishan for anyone that doesn't like pushy and aggressive salesmen. Check them out- you won't be disappointed!
