Was looking for a new massage place after hearing my old massage therapist was leaving. So saw the great reviews on here and that Ki was close to my place. Have to say, it was one of the best massages I have ever had. I was able to do half sports therapeutic massage and half relaxation. I sit at a desk all day at work, so I get tight knotted back muscles, Carline was able to get all those loosened up. The ambience of the room is perfect, I do like it better than the old place I went to, as it was more dimly lit and added to the relaxation. Though just be warned, with the relaxing atmosphere and massage, it may be hard not to drift off in sleep ha. I'm happy to say that I have found a new regular massage therapist to get the kinks out of my muscles, and to just unwind/de-stress with a nice relaxing massage. read more

I've been seeing Carline for about two years now. Previously I had seen three other massage therapists before making a decision to become a regular. I am so pleased with Ki Balance Massage & Carline, I will never go anywhere else. Carline is great at communicating, listening to your needs and then executing the best massage you could possibly get. I really value having time to experience relaxation, peace and quiet, and every time I go to Ki Balance Massage, that is exactly what I get. Booking appointments is a breeze with the online booking tool and the location is great. The room is always clean, welcoming and warm. Amazing! read more

Carline was amazing and had the perfect touch. She was able to get my muscles relaxed without them jerking back into their tight knots. She has great technique and is strong! The table was set to a nice low warm temperature. She was focused on making sure that I communicated pressure and temperature needs and she also dimmed the room appropriately. The music she played was calming and not distracting. I am very active with yoga, volleyball, hiking and swimming and really needed to be worked on and she delivered perfectly. I highly recommend Carline. She is professional and her studio is clean and decorated warmly. read more

WOW!!! Is all I can say! Carline at Ki Balance is absolutely amazing at what she does! My back was really messed up from a prior accident. She definitely has magic healing hands. She was able to heal my back. She's incredible! Not only that, the ambiance is sooo relaxing. As soon as you walk into the room, an overwhelming sense of peace and relaxation overtakes your mind and your body. She also makes you feel like you have known her your whole life :) She has that warm trusting energy to her which puts you at ease. I have had horrible massages from other RMTs which made my back worse and left me in tears, so walking in, I was very nervous BUT as soon she started the massage, all my worries went out the door. I have been seeing her for quite some time now and I don't EVER plan to go anywhere else. She also educates you on your muscles and ways to help heal your body. I have had a deep tissue, relaxation and prenatal massage with her. I recommend her 100%. read more

I just had a massage at Ki balance. Carline was amazing!! I've been struggling with back and shoulder problems, have seen so many massage therapists and have had very minor relief. I gave up on the whole massage thing until, a friend told me I HAD to see Carline. After just one treatment I feel better than I have in 2 years. The atmosphere is great and it was easy to book an appointment using the online booking. I have already pre booked my next appointment, and I recommend you book your next massage at Ki balance :D read more

Hands down the best massage I've had in my life..and I've worked at two spas!! The first massage I had I literally started drooling it was so good. Not only was it beneficial I was also educated on the body parts being massaged, and given bath salts which helped my muscles a bunch. I'm all about deep tissue massages and this girl knows how to find those knots and work them out. Go see her she's amazing!!!! read more

Carline is an amazing therapist - best massage I've ever had and I grew up working at a massage therapy clinic. Carline is wonderful in her communication (pressure, needs, ect) and also follows your lead on how much conversation you want to hold. I love this place! Great massages, comfortable atmosphere. The professional building that Ki Balance is located in is easy to find and has lots of free parking. The therapy and deep tissue massages are amazing, and they have relaxation massage if you just need an hour of pampering. I absolutely recommend you go there! read more
