She is skilled at what she does. She will ask you the level of strength that you want. Since this was my first time I said strong. When she began it felt like an extremely deep tissue massage. I could not handle it. I had to say something a few times. But it's good to know that they do go deep and intense. Ada listened and made sure to be light and gentle but still having some force.
