Plus my doctor is please that I am reaping the benefits of lymphatic drainage, so it was nice to get her stamp of approval on the roll massage too. I put my health first, so this was a great addition to my wellness plan. I have nicknamed the roll massage: My Personal Trainer's Assistant, because IT IS! I have been in health maintenance now for a little over a year and this is helping me maintain my health at 50, although I still have goals to meet and this is helping me achieve those. And honestly, I couldn't FEEL better than I do after every roll massage.
