Saw Noah Kahan here and had a great time! [[HIGHLIGHT]]We were in section 221 and even though we were far from the stage we had a great view and the screens helped a tone.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Sound was great and it's a relatively easy venue to navigate.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Merch lines were ridiculously long but we weren't sure if this is common or it was just for this concert. There's a ton of restaurants within in walking distance too which is great! We parked in a nearby parking garage and it took us ages to get out but that's to be expected. We had a great time!
The Kia Center hosts many types of indoor events in downtown Orlando. I've attended Magic basketball games and pop/rock concert. The arena also hosts comedians and others shows, and is home to the Orlando Solar Bears. Entry through security has been orderly even with long lines. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The amenities and restrooms are modern; the food and drinks are overpriced.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]For Magic games, different activity areas are open for children to burn energy and have some fun.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The sight lines for concerts from the upper seats (where I can afford) is usually good, with interference sometimes by the stacks of speakers suspended from them rafters.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Sound quality has been good considering this is an arena. I've not been disappointed.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Parking can be found in the newly named ThreatLocker Garage (no worries tho - no threats and they won't lock down your car), and in other garages and surface lots. Pay Ahead for parking is usually the best bet.
Game 6 in Orlando watching the Orlando Magic choke at home was disappointing. The Magic didn't score for a period of forty five minutes at one point during the contest and they only scored nineteen points in the entire second half after putting up sixty points in the first half and having a double digit lead. Kia center was a wonderful host to an eventful night of entertainment. Quality food selection from several vendors on site. Everybody In !

It's always been good fun.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]They've done some needed upgrades since Kia took the naming rights. One of the newest things (I think) is the Hall of Fame memorial area on the second floor. That's a super cool section and if you're a fan of basketball through the eras at all you have to check it out.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] As far as food goes, they have a good variety of options. I have noticed that their signature drinks cups have gotten jokingly smaller over the years but still cost the same. Shrinkflation much.. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I haven't been here for a concert or other events but I can imagine it would be a great space for that. Tons of seating and it doesn't feel real cramped until you start to get to the 3rd floor and up.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]
[[HIGHLIGHT]]Although it was cold, with just the right amount of layers of clothing, it was a beautiful morning for a walk.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My friend and I participated in the Orlando Magic 5K. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The DJs were great![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The Salty Donut offered coffee and donuts while Kelly's Homemade Ice Cream provided three different flavors for us to choose from. Uncle Matt's Organic drinks were refreshing. I particularly loved the Uncle Matt's Organic Orange Juice. This was my first time at the Orlando Magic 5K. I hope to walk again next year.
I've been to 3 concerts at the Kia Center and it has been a good experience so far. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The venue is modern, easy to get around, and the sound has been great for every show I've seen there.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The last concert we went to in December, we booked one of the Founders Seats with a group of friends and it was a totally different way to watch a concert, something I'd never experienced before. The food options were surprisingly good. We had seabass arancini, jasmine rice, Cuban sliders, salad, plus water and beer, and everything tasted great. Drinks are separate and super pricey, but that's pretty much expected at a venue like this. Overall, it's a solid spot for concerts in and I'll definitely be coming back
Love going to Orlando Magic games. All the employees are always friendly and helpful. Finding the right hallway and seat can be confusing but an employee is never far to greet you with a smile and ask if you need help. Traffic in the garage and leaving the center is always atrocious. Food for the loge is very good. Wide variety of items from the typical hot dog to delicate pieces of fish. Couldn't even make it to the dessert bar because I was so stuffed. Later on in the game, ordered a cookie to my seat. Thought it would be nice and warm but it was cold and hard. Sticky ribs, waffle fries, brownie and ice cream, tenders, popcorn, nachos, sandwiches...all got good feedback from all my coworkers. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Love the energy at the Kia Center![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]
Had a wonderful time at the center attending a concert. It was an easy entrance and exit. The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful with the directions. Saw the Jonas brothers and stage was not that exciting but not noticeable once the concert began. I wish the screens were a little bigger. Bought some tenders and waffle fries. It was cool that the scan captured the order and was efficient to get the food. It was a good experience.
After 28 years, was time to see Disney on Ice again and take my toddler! They do have every year in Orlando, but we never went there. It's inside the Kia Center, so be prepared to arrive earlier as you need to park you car (so sometimes it's crowd). We bought our ticket at the entrance, because the fees online were ridiculous high. Was really easy to get in, roads closed around, a lot of cops and staffs helping. Please, remember that unless you have a baby, bags are not allowed inside and prices of food are higher than Disney prices. The show it's really fun, even if you get the further seat will be fine (as they close part of the arena, so the really upper area aren't available) We do have an Disney annual pass, so, one time was more than enough, the shows at the park (most of them, on my opinion are better) but Thai one it's different, it's on ice, so I think one time it's good and enough, if you don't have the diansy pass, this is a must! Show took longer than we expected, I had an protein bar and just got some drinks inside, we prefer to exit an eat real pizza (at Bruno' d that it's 12 min away) Otherwise, recommend the show, it was fun and we bought same day as the show, so we saved some money as we got discounted.
I've been to the Kia Center (formerly Amway) a few times over the years for different events. Last night, I saw Andrea Bocelli in concert with my family. The venue is quite large-- "875,000 square feet with a seating capacity that varies by event, such as 18,846 for an NBA game and up to 20,000 for NCAA basketball. The arena has eight levels and features 60 suites and 1,400 club seats." We didn't try the food here this time, but they have offerings from concession food, to I believe an actual restaurant(s) inside. The staff all around were helpful and kind. My critiques are minor: 1) Steep seats! The way the seats are arranged is kind of scary. It's nice for the view, but especially with older people, it doesn't feel safe. My picture absolutely does not do justice to show what I'm talking about, but trust me. There's no way to grab the seat backs on the row in front of you for balance as one often does because the top of the seat below is basically at floor level with the row above. It's almost dizzying. 2) It was such chaos trying to leave. There are limited elevators and escalators that get backed up extremely fast and for a long time. Sure, there are stairs, but when with my family who needed assistance, these were our only two safe options. 3) The drinks are expensive! I bought us each a bottle of water (4 bottles) and spent over $20! Other than that, we had a great time! The concert was incredible.

I got to play road warriors with my sister Gwen, watching the Detroit Pistons defeat the Orlando Magic on March 1st, 2026 by a score of 106-92, a fortuitous foreshadowing of the first round playoff series victory that would follow. I don't have many arenas to compare Kia Center to, and I feel like basketball/hockey arenas are a lot more homogeneous than say baseball stadiums. There was nothing here to really knock my socks off like when I took my dad to see the Tigers play at Pittsburgh's glorious PNC Park. But it was a swell time nonetheless. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I also don't usually spring for or get freebies for lower bowl seats so it's a bit apples and oranges to try to compare the close to the action seats I treated us to here to the high altitude ones I usually find myself in at Little Caesar's Arena, recently for a game 2 playoff win against these same Orlando Tragic.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Sorry, I should try to keep it classy here, especially since my Pistons bought themselves a trip to Cancun in the second round. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Anyways we had good seats with nice sightlines.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Outside they had a whole fan experience area that seemed many geared to young people but wasn't happening too much.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Funny cause there's a kind of party area courtyard outside LCA that's usually pretty sleepy for the games I've been to. Just random stray selfie takers mostly. The pizza stand we hit up was well organized and smooth, letting a big queue move through there pretty quickly, with its system of grabbing premade slices, beverages and snacks yourselves and then cashing out with cards at self service kiosks. There's stands at LCA set up like that but only for beverages and snacks, nothing with food that will serve as a whole meal. I also like this better than the system I encountered at PNC Park in Pittsburgh where you have to preorder and cash out on your phone and then come up when your number is called. The pizza was okay, nothing outstanding but arena and stadium food never really is. You could tell it was an Orlando Magic home game but there was a sizable and vocal Pistons fan contingent there. We actually sat next to a couple of Detroit fans and there were a couple more a couple rows behind us. With Orlando being such a tourist destination I feel like they probably often get mobbed up with fans of visiting teams, at least from the eastern part of the country (and Canadian Raptors fans) especially at certain times of the year. [[HIGHLIGHT]]My decibel meter on my phone only maxed out around 100 which isn't too great, though the arena was probably somewhere between 2/3 and 3/4 full.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] No comparison to John Mason player intros back home but all the usual whistles and bells with snippets of rap songs, cheerleaders, youth performers and a dragon as opposed to a horse mascot. First time at this venue! Parking was easy and the space was clean. The performance was great, but the seats were super tight. The food and drinks were ridiculously overpriced!!! Even the water. Staff were helpful. Still a fun night out read more

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Very nice arena! Came in for a basketball game and had a great experience.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I highly recommend arriving early. We got in around 5:30 for game time of 7. There was lots of activity outside prior to the game- food trucks, and games, music too. Lots of socializing.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Once inside, we walked around to explore the food and beverage options. We expected bar type food- and order chicken tenders and a pretzel. The tenders were delicious! For being over priced (expected for games) and at an arena- they were really good. It came with waffle fries which were also delicious and seasoned very well. Truly, som of the best tenders and fries we have had! They also had honey mustard (I'm not a big fan, but my husband is) and he raved about it- I tried and honestly, it was also delicious. So I'm not sure what they did and where they got these items from- but we were very happy with our selection. During game time, we had a pretzel and cheese sauce. That was alright. What we did like is the line moved quickly, and efficiently. The limited options (tenders, burgers, popcorn and hot dog) were set up in warmers for you to grab, then you moved through the line and could grab a drink ( made by staff as you walked through, so quick grabs too), and then set your food on a counter that automatically knew what you picked out and you could tap your card to pay. It was so efficient, I've not seen anything like that at a game- and think it's genius. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There are scattered high tops and low tables with a couple chairs as outside of your seat "dining" options.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]During the game they had great entertainment- music performances (singers, dancers, bands), also mascot entertainment (Mr. stuff's played a Dj, and led a group to do a t shirt toss, along with some other during game entertainment).[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]** important to note, it is very cold inside! A few times I have been here for events. All have been fun and great times were had. Besides how slow the service was at the bar downstairs if you have floor seats (56 mins to wait in line for two beers), I still would recommend this place. Just grab two each or walk to another bar. If you are wondering, others had friends search for a different bar or beer cart with shorter lines. When they returned empty handed, we were informed the closest ones had lines just as long. It could be the location of them with the large amount of people on the floor for the show, plus anyone seated in sections near those bars and carts wanting drinks as well. 05.08.2025 read more
This is one of the best equipped places for concerts I've been in Central Florida. They always make even sold out shows flow in and out smoothly, without creating traffic issues, or seeming overwhelmed. Staff are always positive and helpful, the amenities (restrooms, merch, and food) and the crowds are all handled smoothly, and I find the set up for concerts is always very well done. Also, so many nearby places to stay and/or go for post concert hang outs! read more

first time going to a concert at this venue. every seat in the house is a good view! we got club level seats on stubhub for a noah kahan concert. the staff were helpful, it was very easy to get into the venue. plenty of bathrooms and easily accessible family restrooms which is a big plus for me lol. read more

First time at the KIA Center, Mr. Ray took me to a Lil Wayne concert as a surprise, he told me we were going to City Walk for dinner. I was shocked, We had a VIP suite with alcohol, food, and desserts. Service was top-notch and the vibe was on point. The Kia Center is an amazing venue very upscale. Downtown Orlando Florida has changed a lot. I was shocked by all the new buildings and not as many bars as I remembered. I was shocked that the old TD center back in the day was torn down. Downtown Orlando Florida has changed a lot. So if you visit Florida make sure to visit downtown Orlando and the Kia Center! read more
Attended 2 concerts, 2 nights in a row! Both evenings were great in the sense of a smooth security check-in, employees offering support in finding seats, and easy exit of the property. Recommended for you concerts/shows! read more

This is my second concert here in a month and I had a great experience both times! Entry was easy and the arena was clean. Today we saw the Jonas Brothers and I felt the staff had a good handle on the sold out show. Buying a beer was easy with the quick payment grab and go method. Overall a great experience! read more

This is a pretty cool arena as it had more of a vibe to it than the other ones I've been to here in Florida as I really feel this is the nicest one as well! We came for a ice hockey game and it was just what I was hoping for as the whole experience was just fun the music was good the ice was cold and the vibe just rocked in that many ways! They have a decent selection of random places to get food and drinks here just like an arena should the views were awesome and I just had a good time here! Overall I dunno if I'll ever get back here again but if so you totally know it will be a good time! read more
I've attended many events at the Kia Center over the years--Disney on Ice, Solar Bears hockey games, concerts--and always had a great time. But the Monster Jam event on August 3, 2024, the day before my birthday, left me devastated and emotionally shaken. I arrived more than an hour early with my toddler son, excited to celebrate both of our birthdays with a day we had been looking forward to for months. I had purchased our tickets directly through Ticketmaster, including the VIP Meet & Greet package. But when I arrived, I was told my ticket had "already been scanned" at "Admin." Despite showing my ID, credit card, and proof of purchase, I was accused of selling or transferring it--something I absolutely did not do. The Kia Center staff, including supervisors, and Ticketmaster management treated me as if I were being dishonest. What followed was a humiliating and exhausting ordeal. I had to go through security multiple times, explain my situation repeatedly, and wait over 30 minutes at the box office while holding my child. By the time I was finally verified and escorted to my seat, the show was already halfway over. To make matters worse, this same issue happened to several other guests that day--all of us ADA ticket holders. As a disabled combat veteran, I found this especially disheartening. The lack of preparedness and compassion shown to those of us with accessibility needs was unacceptable. Although we later learned that Kayla Blood wasn't scheduled to appear, my son--who adores her and Sparkle Smash--was still thrilled to be there. But even the post-show VIP Meet & Greet photos, which should have been joyful memories, are painful to look at. As you can imagine, I had teary, puffy eyes from crying, and the photos only bring back the heartbreak of what we went through that day. The only bright spot was the flag signed by all the drivers, which was included with the VIP package. It's a small keepsake from a day that was meant to be magical but ended up being one of the most emotionally difficult experiences I've had at a public event. I reached out to Monster Jam and Feld Entertainment afterward and never received a response. This experience has made me hesitant to attend another event at this venue. I hope future guests--especially those with disabilities--are treated with more care, and that ticketing issues like this are handled with greater compassion and accountability. read more
I had the opportunity to sit in a suite on the threat locker level. It was amazing. The food was great. We had soft pretzels, chicken, fingers, and quesadillas and nachos and salsa. They also provided beer, iced tea and hard liquor and water. The seats were very comfortable And attendant was good. This was a great way to watch the basketball game. read more

Went to an Orlando Solar Bears game with my friend and it was so much fun! Not as packed as the Magic games but I loved that there were tons of families there with kids of all ages enjoying the game. Tons of great concession stands serving anything from tacos to pizza to burgers and chicken sandwiches , pop corn and a variety of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. If you get a souvenir cup, you get free soda refills ! There are also retail areas where you can purchase SB apparel and souvenirs . We had great seats in section 116 and I think everyone in orlando should experience a hockey game. read more
I haven't been to the Kia center since the big name change. It feels like the same place with minor changes. It's been a few years since I came here for a basketball game and I was very impressed. I want to start by saying it's a very beautiful, ginormous venue. Home to the Orlando Magic but they host lots of big name artist. The staff work very hard to keep the place spotless despite the thousands of people. I was amazed with how clean the bathrooms were. The Kia Center is very well equipped with staff. Parking was $20 for the whole event but worth it to have your car in a safe spot with easy walking proximity to concert. Make sure you show up earlier to secure a spot in the garage, otherwise carpooling is smart if you're in close proximity. Security was very easy and seamless. Upon walking in all the staff welcomed us with warm smiles. Inside there are lots of food options and drink stands. Compared to other large venues/ concerts the food and drinks were high cost but standard pricing comparatively. They had some restaurants like 4 Rivers and Papa John's, as well as classic concession foodsuch as burgers, nachos, hot dogs, popcorn and tenders. The food actually looked and smelled pretty delicious. For dietary purposes there were no options for me, so that was disappointing. They should have atleast one healthy stand with gluten free, dairy free or paleo options. This was my first time attending a concert at The Kia center and I was very pleased with my seats in Club C-F, Row 6. The club seats are cushioned and wider with added comfort. The bathrooms and concessions were more empty as well. There was even a drink stand in the club area. The view was great. The sound quality was amazing. I really like how the jumbo screens transitioned between each band member. I was very impressed with the transition time between artist. Leaving the concert was not as bad as expected but I did head out a few minutes earlier. Overall I had a lovely experience at The Kia Center and I look forward to coming back. Something else to mention... bags, backpacks and purses aren't allowed. It say clutches only on the website but I saw lots of girls with small crossbodies. read more

Kia Center is a sporting and performing arts arena in downtown Orlando, best known as home to NBA's Orlando Magic. I first watched a game here about 15 years ago the first year the arena was open when it was known as the Amway Center. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's still looking very modern and new, with great sightlines and inviting spaces in the public concourses.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I especially enjoyed the Orlando Magic Hall of Fame area, paying tributes to past Orlando Magic players and legends.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] All the employees I encountered were generally very friendly and helpful. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The team store has a great variety of fan gear and souvenirs, and a great throwback NBA Jam arcade machine.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The only deduction would be for the poor quality of concessions; even though there was a decent variety of food options, the several things we tried weren't that good and just boringly average. I wished they'd source better concessions for the amount they charge as it can't possibly be that much more expensive when ordered in bulk. Overall, I had a very fun time at the Orlando Magic game, and look forward to returning to Kia Center again for another game or event. read more
